Best chiropractor in Baltimore! Everyone that works here is so friendly and helpful! There super flexible which I find extremely important because my back flares up randomly so I can’t make appointments that far in advance. Dr. Zach Woods is so thorough and really cares about his patients! In addition, Arianna is the most amazing receptionist, her customer service skills are just impeccable. I can’t thank this place enough for taking such good care of me.

I started treatment about a month ago. They are so flexible and easy to get an appointmentment with. They also have Saturday hours and are open until 7 during the week. It's nice that I dont have to take a sick time for my appointments. I also never have to wait more than a few minutes to start treatment, which is really nice.They do stim, traction, and then hands on adjustments. My only complaint is that I always see a different doctor. I would like to have someone who is really familiar with my case treating me. All of the doctors are great and very professional, so it's not a big deal. The ladies that were at the front desk today were also very upbeat and friendly. I really appreciate that since it's early Saturday morning!

The ladies at the front desk are Phenomenal! They provide transportation that’s an excellent service.I really appreciated the treatment plan they had for me! Dr Zack and Dr Erica took very good care of me, they where very informative and knowledgeable. My girl Vanessa is Awesome! She’s very Attentive to the needs of the patients...she be rolling lol! THE BEST front desk service. Appointments are very flexible and the doctors really take the time to talk about what hurts and goes through a full patient history. During my first appointment, they gave me some electro therapy while a hot towel was on where it hurts, then they put me on a massage table, and finally did some adjustments on my neck and back, and they did all of this in my first consultation! Took about 1.5 hours and they saw me and my dad at the same time. FYI don’t expect a full body adjustment like the ones you see on YouTube. I don’t think they do that unless you really need it. Overall amazing place and staff!!!!!!!!!!

I was in incredible pain and based upon a recommendation called - I was taken in that same day and started to experience immediate positive results. I am now pain free and in more of a maintenance mode. Very easy to work with for scheduling- when your back is out, they find a way to get you in! SO important. They use a variety of modalities with stem, rolling table and heat packs to make the adjustment easier. HIGHLY recommend! Dr Zack does a great job and has got me out of pain multiple times!
