Actually the best chiropractic clinic in St. Charles Co.! I was having pain throughout my shoulders and back, to the point where I would wake up feeling sore and exhausted, but was never sure where the pain was rooted. Within the first 5 minutes of the appointment, Dr. Rand ran a few simple tests and was able to quickly pinpoint exactly where the pain was coming from, and what needed to be adjusted. She explained exactly where the pain was located and walked me through exactly what she was doing. I have made severa visits thus far and all of the staff are very friendly/helpful, the office is very nice and I always walk in feeling welcomed! I am now able to sleep much better and relieved. Thank you so much, Dr. Rand and staff!!

So glad I found this place... Originally had planned to visit another office in town when I tweaked my back badly, but they weren't able to fit me in. They recommended I contact this office and they got my in that same day! I don't want to go anywhere else now! Dr. Rand is wonderful- attentive, thorough, genuinely caring, and my horrible back pain was gone after two visits. They have the highest quality treatment options at their disposal and will use whatever it takes to alleviate your pain and resolve your jointed nerve issues. Not a fancy office, but caring, wonderful doctors and overall a great team to receive care from!

I think that Dr. Rand and Dr. Crawford are the best in the business. I was in a very bad car accident many years ago and came into their office with back spasms, sciatica, barely being able to walk. After treatment from them, I can walk without pain. I will always need adjustments, but I can count on them knowing what treatment they have given me before...... and I always walk out feeling in better shape then I came in. Believe me, I have been through physical therapy and many Chiropractors over the last 20 years. They are the best!!!

Dr Crawford is absolutely amazing!!! Went to him with severe sciatica; barely walking, no sleep, pain sitting, etc. After a good 4 visits and dry needling, I’m back to normal!! No pain, sleeping great, and feeling like I never had any symptoms. I truly appreciate the time and care!! Id recommend him to anyone. And kudos to Jenna the receptionist! Such a friendly pleasant presence walking in. Great customer service. Just an all around pleasure.

I first tried chiropractic care a few years ago to undo what I did to my collarbone while moving band equipment. Dr Jess identified the problem, made the proper adjustment and followed up with care, offering ideas (besides hiring a roadie) to make performances safer. "AMA," I have not hired a roadie, thereby necessitating additional appointments for my back and shoulder. Pain medication has its uses; but the proper adjustment to an out-of-whack back is worth the visit and can obviate the need for pills.
