A neighbor couple, who are patients of Dr. Graux, knew that I had back issues. They kept suggesting that I see Dr. Graux. I finally went and could have kicked myself for not going sooner. For about 30 years, I woke up with back pain. I had gone to Chiropractors, Accupuncturists and Physical Therapists to no avail. After my first visit to Dr. Graux, I could not believe it when I woke up the next morning with virtually no pain. I phoned his office that day to let them know that he had performed a miracle. Over the weeks of treatments, I kept wondering if the pain level would go back up...it didn't. Dr. Graux offers advice that has also improved my overall health. His staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. Like my neighbors did in encouraging me to visit Dr. Graux, I am now doing the same to other friends with back problems.

Having had chronic neck pain and tension along the base of my skull, I finally found relief with Dr. G! I've experienced beneficial treatment with various chiropractors over the last 15 years, but I have never had the atlas vertebra focus before. I felt a profound shift for a few days after he adjusted me including a 95% reduction in my chronic pain!! He was recommended by a friend and I'm so glad I have starting working with him. What an awesome experience! Came in for sciatica. After a few treatments, I feel like I never experienced the pain. Dr. Graux is kind and really cares about his patients. He not only diagnosis, but explains and teaching you about the cause and effect of activity on the spine and nerve. I have been going to ADIO Specific Chiropractic for about 15 years. I started out having such severe back problems that I could hardly bend over. Dr Graux did an intake evaluation & explained my problem involving several discs. Within a year or less my back became pain free. I continued going to get adjustments and have maintained my back health. Additionally thru the years my husband & adult children have gone to ADIO Specific for various problems. As you might guess, the patient, Doc & staff relationships are wonderful. I’ve never been to a medical office that was kinder or friendlier. An added bonus is the happy, fun, welcoming spirit which I think in itself promotes healing.

I chose this place solely for proximity and the review, so far I have not regretted that decision. From the very first day I stepped foot into Adio, it's been a wonderful experience, the neatness, professionalism, ambience and sense of humor is wonderful. The dark side of me wishes they would get something wrong so I can gleefully come here and knock off one or more stars, give a scathing review and make them feel the pain I feel that my insurance dosen't cover this experience/treatment. Both the front end and back end staff are wonderful, I really wish I have something bad to say about them or I was paid for this review, but unfortunately not. Keep it up Adio. Adios

Dr. Graux or as my family likes to call him "Dr. Back Cracker" is AH-MAZING. I came in at a level 10 back pain-I literally couldn't walk or sit. Now almost 2 months later my pain has significantly changed for the better and I'm practically back to my old self. Dr. Graux treats you like family. He truly and genuinely cares about you and your well being. He also actually listens (which is hard to come by in the medical field) and educates-not instructs but actually educates. Sharon is great in making sure you understand your benefits, billing options and as a chiropractor herself is very informative on body mechanics. I've been to almost every Chiropractor in Bowie before I came to see Dr. Graux. I wanted to save some $, so I went the Groupon route and determined you get what you pay for. I researched on my own and went to the 5 star Google ratings and realized they were not posting their 3 and under stars, which I'm sure there were plenty of because my one star was not posted. I was referred to ADIO Specific Chiropractic years ago by several friends that claimed he was "the best" and that he had "healing hands". Well, I hate to admit they were all right! This entire office is first class. They treat you like family and not only is my pain gone completely, I don't have to take any meds! No even my high blood meds!! Dr. Graux has helped me in so many ways and I'm so grateful for him. My entire family comes here!

Dr. Graux is awesome, he knows if and when U need an adjustment. If U do he adjusts U so that the pain goes away. If U don’t he’ll send U home without one. I’ve never been to a Chiro that is so honest. Most will give U an adjustment no matter what.
