went to her threw workers comp, she had me screaming on the first visit, after her treatment, I am left with the right side of my face, my right hand and my feet are numb, cannot work now. Then I found out she lied to workers comp about my visits said I was fine. She shoudnt be able to practice if she would lie for profit
