Had my first adjustment. It's nice to have a doctor who cares so much about my spinal health. Looking forward to feeling better. I found out I need to take better of my spine. I was sent to the hospital to get X-rays. My first visit they took scans of your back and feet. As you progress they follow up with more scans. Today's manipulation was time well spent. Thanks Dr Jeffrey Slocum. The receptionist Aimee is very nice and accommodating and takes a personal interest in your condition. The office is nice, new and clean. There tables are set up with an open concept. It's different than what I've had before. They are an advanced healthcare center, I'm thankful I found them. Cant wait till my next appointment! Oh the rating is 5 stars not 4.9!!!

Definitely five stars! Dr. Jeff takes time to discuss and explain the most effective treatment plan for the patient that will ultimately bring about good health, and is happy to discuss any questions that come along the way. Prior to the care I've received at RFC, I had chronic neck pain and instability due to past injuries, compensating patterns, and stress. After my first appointment, I had a treatment plan in place that has ultimately improved my neck pain, instability, range of motion, and headaches that plagued me previously. It has not been a quick fix, or drastic improvements that happened overnight (as Dr. Jeff stressed initially; not a quick fix- hence, a treatment plan). But each week, I have seen and felt steady improvement, and I know I am on my way to being pain free. I am truly grateful for all the excellent care provided not only by Dr. Jeff, but also his warm, caring staff. From my experience, the care at Richmond Family Chiropractic is truly excellent, and I would recommend this office to those who have been dealing with pain, etc. and are searching for change.
