The only word i have come up with to describe Dr. Dionne and his staff is AMAZING. I have had a back injury for ten years. i have done injections and minor surgeries over the years with no relief of lower back pain or sciatic nerve pain. Dr. Dionne did an assessment and he decided that traction would be the best course of action. i have to be honest and say I was extremely skeptical. I had been dealing with the pain for so long and nothing had worked how was a chiropractor going to fix me. i started with 9 appointments and after a reassessment I needed 6 more. i was a little sore at first(which is normal) and after all said and done i can bend over and tie my shoes. doesn't seem like much but I am only 44. After only a few months and a few readjustments i am able to get back to my life again. I can even play golf with little to no pain. I finally realized how important it is to find the correct doctor. In my opinion I would not recommend, I had an appointment on February 14th for a meet and greet. I did have to reschedule to the 20th since the doctor had a last minute trip out of town understandable. My next appointment for xrays was was the 28th, again the doctor was going out of town so I had to once again reschedule to March 7th. When I had called to cancel the appointment all together a few days later the secretary had apologize saying this doesn't normally happen but we would of had to reschedule again. The doctor himself called me on Sunday the 3rd of March apologizing which I appericate but I don't want to wait a month for anything to be done. Just my opinion.
