After years of dealing with strange health concerns that traditional doctors either did not have time to address (I was actually told that during an appointment), or were shooting in the dark to address, Dr. Deutsch was recommended to me. I left his office feeling happy, relieved, taken care of, and understood, not just from a medical perspective but from a holistic and comprehensive one as well. Instead of struggling to verbalize my concerns, Dr. Deutsch was able to use his knowledge of muscle testing to really determine the underlying issue, and gave me a remedy I felt GOOD about (as opposed to medication, etc.). I felt optimistic about my health for the first time in a very long time. I would highly, highly recommend seeing him for any ailment -- wonderful man and wonderful doctor.

I've been meaning to rate and review for a while, it's just not something I do often. With that said, please read: By far the best chiropractic work I have received. I have received from and assisted several chiroptactors in my professional background. Dr. Deutsch is above all. Unique techniques, gentle yet extremely effective, professional, knowledgeable, experienced. More than just a 'chiropractor'. If you need pain relief and healing, see Dr. Deutsch, you won't regret it. -(and Lori too! she practices Massage and Craniosacral Therapy in the office, she is wonderful!)- My story: Unable to lift my arm or even take a deep breath due to severe muscle tension induced by an asthma attack. It was a holiday weekend and I had just moved to Portland. I called on a day the office was scheduled to be closed (holiday hours) and Dr. Deutsch answered the phone himself. Long story short, he allowed me to come in not only once, but for a follow up the next day to ensure we had addressed all of the pain and tension. I should mention this was also my birthday weekend and without his help would have been forced to forfeit a well in advanced planned camping / rafting celebration with friends. The morning of my outing I awoke to ZERO PAIN & FULL MOVEMENT. This is only one example of his absolutely effective work I have experienced. My last praise I'll share is I no longer have excruciating pain during my cycle caused by endometriosis and ovarian cysts - true healing. Thank you Dr. Deutch for all of your help, I feel lucky to have found your practice.

Love the guy. He's a bit odd, but he knows the body. Great chiropractor and amazing with his knowledge of Alternative Homeopathic Medicines. My son has Chronic Lyme Disease (the kind that antibiotics just don't work on) and Dr Deutsch was able to offer several alternatives to constant antibiotic treatments. It worked! Some crazy stuff but it worked. I see him for general adjustments when my back hurts or knees are off from running or hiking. He and his caring staff will work with you on cost, not that you will need to his prices are good too.

Dr. Deutsch gave me remedies and herbs that rid me of my Lyme symptoms . . . not a simple task! He has a brilliant testing process that I wish I had known about 2.5 years sooner while I was on a load of 3 different antibiotics that I spent thousands of dollars on because of the related tests and checkups for potential damage to your liver and kidneys. The antibiotics likely paused my body's ability to maintain and heal. I feel healthy for the first time since I was bitten by a tick. I am fortunate to experience the benefits from the care and wisdom of Dr. Deutsch.

Seriously people, I went in this morning (Sunday) who's open Sunday morning? Back has been out and major pain for five days, tried everything with no relief. 10 minutes with Dr. Deutsch and fixed, this man is incredible not to mention professional. I wish I could give 6 stars. Dr D is absolutely the best chiropractor as well as holistic health practitioner. He was an absolute life saver when I was very sick several years ago and none of my doctors & specialists could figure out what was going on. He really listens and digs in to get to the root of a problem rather than treating symptoms.
