I am a 48 year old high school teacher who has endured varying levels of back discomfort for the past 20 years. I was referred to align with Wellness 4 years ago by my wife for chiropractic care. I found the staff there friendly, professional, and passionate about chiropractic medicine. I learned that with monthly treatments, I did not have to put up with my lower back and neck discomfort; I also rarely come down with colds, despite working in the "petri dish" of a public school classroom. I would definitely recommend giving her a visit!

I am a retired 76 year old male. I initially came to Align With Wellness when I bought a first visit and chiropractic evaluation at a charity silent auction. Other than the usual aches and pains from aging, I had no specific complaints. Nobody in my family except my son had any prior experience with chiropractors, but my son (who lives elsewhere) is a fan and he has very similar body structure to mine, so I was curious to find out what benefits I might find in chiropractic treatment. I received the initial evaluation (very thorough and professional), and decided to continue with a series of chiropractic visits to work on my posture and overall alignment. I feel that the benefits, significantly improving and maintaining my posture and general reduction of back pain, have been worthwhile, so I have since continued a monthly maintenance treatment. Without this, I would be suffering more from the ravages of time on my body. I would recommend at least trying this to anyone with these concerns.

I am a 37-year-old, work-from-home, mom of two young kids. I first went to Align With Wellness in February 2016 to address lower back pain that had been nagging for years, and continued to steadily worsen. Once the pain started migrating through my hip and down my leg, making even sleep uncomfortable, I knew I needed professional help. Dr. Allyson Coffin was extremely thorough in her initial meeting with me, taking detailed notes and learning as much about me as she could. Every appointment since has felt that same way. My appointments are never a "one size fits all" visit. Rather, they're tailored to address what I am feeling that day (and/or since my last appointment), whether it be through chiropractic work, muscle work/stimulation, heat/cold application, etc. While still working through some things, I've undoubtedly regained the quality of life I'd lost from the constant pain I had before finding AWW. It is an incredibly comfortable environment; Dr. Allyson is personable, professional, and I recommend her without a second of hesitation. My only regret is waiting as long as I did to find her - she's the best!!!

I wanted to take the time and write a review for someone who has tremendously turned my life around. I was in a very bad car accident, which resulted in serious whiplash. I had sought help from physical therapy to osteopath, n muscle relaxers...nothing worked. I am 40 years old, work in a call center n had my work station changed so I stood most of my shift. After a few months, I could barely stand, my posture changed to the point where I was hunched over. Thankfully, a co-worker came to my rescue n suggested Align with Wellness. I started my road to wellness through their chiropractic care with Dr Allyson. She is AMAZING! I truly can't express how great she is, I often tell her I don't ever want a divorce! I know what it feels like to be in align with the ability to stand upright without meds for the first time ever. She has taught me a lot about my body. Every little ache n pain is all tied together so if something isn't aligned, u feel it!! Most people just deal with their aches n pains, stop putting up with it n start ur road to recovery here. I wasn't able to walk, run, exercise, or play with my 3 year old for over a year. I can do all of these things n Dr. Allyson made this possible, I highly recommend her! The high level of care, compassion, n knowledge is hard to find. I am truly greatful to have found this amazing place.
