This place is amazing! I have never been to a chiropractor before that worked like this place does, it truly is more gentle. For those that are afraid of the manual manipulation that is typically done in chiropractic work, I urge you to try this place! Made a world of difference for me! Allow me to clarify that I never saw the Chiropractor and that I'd been referred by my midwife for care during pregnancy for chronic low back pain and spd. Many of her other clients had given rave reviews and speak very highly of this group. I, on the other hand, encountered poorly managed customer service by a receptionist. To say she was disrespectful is an understatement of epic proportions. She actually laughed and hung up on me over the phone for inquiring about alternative pain management strategies for pregnancy rather than set up a consultation with the Chiropractor. When I came to the office to bring current research literature along with a letter detailing the disrespect I encountered and why exactly I would be interested in alternative pain management strategies she laughed at me in person. I'm still in a state of disbelief.

These two doctors are passionate about what they do....helping us to feel better and enjoy life without drugs. I am currently in my third pregnancy and this is the second time I've used Pangemanan Chiropractic as part of my maternity care. Both times I have started going in my third trimester, around the time I start feeling a lot of sciatic and round ligament pain. After a few sessions, and for the rest of the time, this pain is virtually gone and I'm able to be a lot more active than I would otherwise would be able to be. And a super extra bonus is that, because my last baby was so well positioned, labor was easy and birth was fast with my last! Both Arthur and Rebecca are friendly and trustworthy. They use an instrument that taps on joints rather than the well-known 'pop and crack' technique - the tapping technique feels so much more therapeutic and precise. The rest of the staff is pleasant and professional, and wait times are very fast - I'm usually brought to the back within about 3 minutes. I drive 40 minutes from Lexington to Lawrenceburg and back with no qualms because of the quality of this practice and because having a comfortable pregnancy and fast, easy birth are totally worth it!

The entire staff was welcoming and very professional and answered all my questions. They told me exactly what to expect in treatment and in the fees. After x-rays to determine the problem, the corrective treatment began that very day and with each following treatment the pain decreased. The treatments were without any prescribed drugs which was my goal. Their modern and professional method of treatment has helped me tremendously.
