I had a pretty bad skateboard injury and was in desperate search for pain relief. I was so fortunate to find Dr.O'Neil's office. Pain significantly reduced each time I went. For anyone that has any back pains I urge you to see Dr. O'Neil right away. They are reasonably priced and even offer coupons on their website. I've been to a few chiropractors before and this place really stands apart from others. From my first visit I could tell right away here's a doctor that genuinely cares for you. As a female, laying flat can feel uncomfortable but Dr.O'Neil was intuitive enough to consider offering pillows that contour to the chest. During one of my adjustments, he noticed a mole on my arm and took a picture of it to keep track and make sure it doesn't become anything serious. It is little gestures such as these that show he goes the extra mile. He is extremely experienced, informative, patient and professional. You will be in good hands for sure. Also, the staff just offers service and support that really exceeds expectations. The environment at the office exudes so much positivity with everyone being super friendly and helpful. I always leave with a happy buzz and it really makes my day. I'm grateful for such an uplifting experience in my healing process. This place is truly something special. You can tell how much love and care goes on in that place by all the little thank you gifts patients bring in to fill their walls. For me, it was a place of healing both physically and mentally! If you're looking for a good chiropractor, this is definitely it. I hope this helps anyone looking for pain relief and wish you all good health :)

I never write reviews unless I am not satisfied with a service . But this is an exception. I had a great chiropractor that I used for years. However, for the last few years, it has become almost impossible to get an appointment and they do not have extended hours. I have been looking online for weeks, reading reviews, looking at years of experience, etc, trying to find a new chiropractor. This Saturday in particular, I woke up with my neck killing me and my back feeling like someone had walked on it all night. I went back to my computer, to the chiropractors that I had saved to my favorites to review later; and decided to call Dr. O'Neil's office. I was amazed that the office was open and even more amazed that the friendly receptionist told me to come on in. Dr. O'Neil talked with me, took x-rays and gave me an adjustment on my first visit. By the time I left I felt so much better! I can't wait to go back for my next adjustment ! Awesome place! Awesome Doc!

Dr. O'Neil and his staff are wonderful. They have always been friendly and helpful and are extremely flexible to work with. I went in with lower back pain and tightness that made it difficult to stand up straighter than a 115-degree angle, let alone play with my daughter or work efficiently, and now my back pain and tightness are gone, along with upper-back/neck problems I hadn't noticed until after they were adjusted out of me. Dr. O'Neil will be the first person to tell you that chiropractic medicine is not magic and does not always provide instantaneous results; however, it really can help to improve your overall health and well-being if you commit to it in a similar way that you commit to exercise: long-term. I finally broke down and made an appoihntment after suffering upper back pain for about 6 monts. I had never been to a chiropractor and was a little bit wary. However, within two weeks my pain was almost gone and I feel sooo much better. The office atmosphere is very positive and pleasant and all the people workig there are so easy and helpful. Dr. O'Neil is so friendly, positive and caring. They are willing to work with my crazy schedule to accommodate me. This was a truly great experience and I reccommend O'Neil Chiropractic Center 100%.

If you Google "Chiropractic" you will read things that will make you skeptical. If you have been to a DC in the past and left disappointed or felt like there was no benefit, I can relate. I've had lower back pain since I was a high school athlete. I have been to multiple DCs. I've had physical therapy off and on for most of my adult life. When we got to Kentucky, I had an episode. Dr. O'Neil was able to adjust me like no other Chiropractor had before. I felt better than I had in several years. I can't thank him enough. He and his staff are genuinely concerned for their patients. From the first visit, my family and I have been treated with a kindness and compassion that feels like an extention of their family. This is the first chiropractor that I've been to and I've been impressed with the results. They were thorough in their initial appointment by taking multiple X-rays, and followed up with a thought out treatment plan. They have been extremely flexible with appointment times, and the office personnel make it feel very homey. I would recommend requesting a referral for one of their massage thearapists. They don't have a massage therapist on site but have great recommendations! It is a very helpful supplement to the treatment.

I went into the doctor with many expectations . I didn't want to be misguided nor misinformed . Granted, I did not provide the doctor with all the facts/issues that I knew I had because I wanted him to be able to tell me from his mouth and X-rays that those factors still exist (I also wanted to be sure he knew his stuff.). Well, he did more than that, he provided me with answers, exercises, a pluthera of information from outside sources to insure I am eating and stretching as I should. My feet were killing me, I have spondothyliosis (broken tailbone when I was younger), and lots of numbness in my arms and shoulders from previous injuries. The plan was to go 3 times a week for 3 weeks, then twice/3 weeks, then 1/3weeks. After 11 visits, so far so good! I have not felt this good in a long time. Thank you, Doctor O'Neil!!

Where to begin Dr. O'Neil is not only a wonderful chiropractor his empathy and compassion that he shows with not only myself as well as all of his other patients is truly amazing. From the point of walking into the office and being greeted by Gail and then when you go back for therapy Faith is there to take care of all of your needs and make sure that you were comfortable. Dr. O'Neil obviously has a very special gift when it comes to Healing people tending to their needs and making them feel better. I suffered from severe pain in my left knee which he believes to be a possible tear in the medial collateral ligament Dr. O'Neil told me that the recovery would be slow due to where the injury was but he felt that in time he would be able to less the pain that I had and have me back two brand new once again I just had to follow his advice and stay with the course. I am approximately 6 weeks into the PT in therapy and I feel like I'm about 60% better than what I was. I have all the faith in the world that Dr. O'Neil will be able to help me regain as much as possible within my knee at the end of the PT and therapy course when finished. I would highly Recommend Dr. O'Neil two anyone that is suffering from headaches or back injury or shoulder injury anything within the body that has to do with the bones and or vertebrate. Dr. O'Neils integrity is at the highest it could be and his only concerned is his patient's. Taylor their billing specialist is always so sweet and if there is ever an issue with the billing she is so very helpful all you have to do is talk to her she will call the insurance company and take care of everything. Enclosing there are hundreds of chiropractors in Louisville Jefferson County and Indiana but to find someone with Dr. O'Neil s compassion and empathy and experience in my opinion there is only one that I would go to O'Neil Chiropractic
