Best Chiropractors in town! Drs Xavier and Liz are incredibly knowledgeable, caring and passionate about the health of their patients. My family has been under their care for 2 years and feel our best. Dr. Xavier is incredible with children, my 2 year old daughter loves him and getting adjusted! Dr. Liz is a wealth of knowledge and gives great adjustments! I previously suffered from migraines and after a few weeks of adjustments I am migraine free. I strongly recommend them to all.

Be prepared to take many X-Rays. This is more of a Heath and wellness center and not so much a chiropractor they sell you on a lifestyle of eating well and exercise(Which is fine). After a couple weeks I noticed, every patient is getting the same adjustment(No privacy) in less than 3 minutes. They discourage talking to the provider because he is so "Focused". If you are looking for a real adjustment go elsewhere.

I was taking several medicines and was having 21+ hot flashes each day. I now only take one RX and maybe get one hot flash each day. Monday 9/12/2016 I pinched a nerve in my back and literally couldnt walk. The pain got to the point of making breathing hard, sitting hard, any motion difficult. Thursday 9/15/2016 I arrived at Middletown Family and Dr. Xavier knocked out full xrays to confirm an issue, and gave me an initial alignment. Friday 9/16/2016 My back is IMMENSELY better. I can thank the team at Middletown enough. Coming back for regular visits and keeping them on speed dial for any and all people that need their assistance! Couldnt be happier with the results. I was dealing with some back injuries from the past and found the treatment not all encompassing. I don't blame them completely, the place is packed and the doctors hardly get more than 3-4 mins to work with anyone. I found some occasional relief from my 2-3/week appointments over the period of 2 months and the treatment showed improved spine posture on paper. The good thing is that they have good spine exercise program that will help strengthen any weakness/ imbalances in your back. I would recommend if you wanna visit for regulatory checkups to maintain the health of your spine but not for specialized pain management. Overall good service and friendly staff.

Beware!! This group will try to sell you a comprehensive unnecessary long-term plan. When I asked the chiropractor about the supplements he was recommending he said he didn't know that much about them his wife takes care of that. I asked if his wife is a nutritionist he said no she's just really into nutritional supplements. My wife had for adjustments and was in so much pain after the last one that I had to take her to the emergency room and she was on muscle relaxers for a week before she felt normal again
