I saw Dr. Love the same day I emailed for an appointment. He called me personally and got me within an hour. He was able to resolve my issues within 6 visits and it was never painful. The appointments were about 15 minutes long each time which was really convenient. He explained everything as he went and showed me techniques to handle the maintenance part of my plan at home. Called Dr. Love to set up a 3rd appointment with him for neck and back pain. I didn't realize he closed a little earlier on Fridays, so I visited a different chiropractor. (Only my 3rd time ever receiving chiropractic treatment.) This was a much less pleasant experience. Dr. Love was very patient and thorough, and will not put you out of your comfort zone. He highlighted the specific areas that were painful, and gave an explanation of why they hurt, and explained what he had done and how it should help. I noticed great improvement over a couple weeks. I was a bit sore leaving his office, which is to be expected, but I left this other office in worse pain than before. This person was very rough and overworked areas in my back that didn't hurt but do now.

I have been working with Dr. Robyn Love for almost three years now. I began working with her when I was in great pain from a disc impinging on my spinal cord. That pain has been resolved. She works gently and carefully, getting my neck and spine aligned without twisting or yanking. Monthly adjustments have allowed me to resume running and swimming. I am never nervous to visit her office, and in fact, look forward to it, knowing that I will feel better when I leave. In addition to my neck and back, she has helped me resolve issues with my jaw, my ears, and, believe it or not, acid reflux. I highly recommend Dr. Love. i really liked this doctor and he was very professional. The only reason that I am giving him 1 stars is because i was told that there would not cost other than what I paid in person and even showed me that to be true with my insurance provider. Come to find out, I received a bill in the mail for my entire visit. I was not very happy. I wouldn't recommend unless you are wanting a chiropractor that is not very honest. EDIT: The owners reached out to me and offered me a full refund for my visit that i was over charged for. Their time management was awesome at getting back to me and I really appreciate their effort of making things right.

I was experiencing some significant neck pain and stiffness to the point where I could not tilt/turn my head to the right at all. After a couple visits my neck improved pretty drastically. I have one appt. left and only some minor stiffness left to work out, but I have no pain turning/tilting my head. Dr. Love is very professional and really walks you through what is going on, the general process, and expectations you should have. The office is very nice, quiet, and clean. You can get in and out, and never spend time waiting. If you live around Overland Park and need a chiropractor, I recommend Love Chiropractic.
