The 1st time I ever had a chiropractic visit was after my car accident. Thankfully my experience was with this group. From my 1st visit it was an amazing experience both relaxing and healing. I had a case of whiplash and through therapy and adjustments my back is finally nearly healed. The staff is very personal and helpful, I love how friendly they all are. Dr Fair is a great chiropractor. Getting an appointment is no problem most of the time even with limited availability on my part. His prices are excellent when you factor in all the therapy is included. The staff is always friendly, maybe too friendly for some people, but I like it. If you're looking, I highly recommend giving them a try, you won't regret it.

Chiropractors are amazing and work miracles but the receptionist was always very rude to me. I'd go in and she wouldn't ever greet me or let me know she was putting me in the system to let my chiropractor know I was there. She would just let me stand there, ignoring me while she clicked around her computer never making eye contact with me until the chiropractor came out. And she was also kind of rude when it came to paying, acted as if I had no money the first time. It got pretty annoying and frustrating. Both of my parents went in with me the last time I went in and almost just had me leave with them because they noticed her attitude. But besides that the rest of the staff was amazing and I would definitely go back if it weren't for feeling unwelcome.

I receive care and adjustments here very regularly. The staff is very knowledgeable and personable. The office and location are very nice and secure. Inside it is extremely clean and comfortable. The doctor, Dr. Eric Fair, is extremely knowledge in his practice and expertise. It is clear he has multiple years of chiropractic practice and owning his own office and practice. He currently is the only chiropractor there and is very open to talk to anyone about questions concerning his former education and practice or any questions of chiropractic adjustments or care.

I had been seen by Dr. Fair at an office in Wichita and knew he had started his own. I Googled and found him for a visit and adjustment. I was received the same day I called. He did a thorough rework of my history very efficiently and adjusted me the same day. His new office is spectacular and the employees are friendly and helpful. When I first went to "Dr. E", I could barely walk nor stand upright. The headaches, the pain from my neck to my hips was unbearable. The very first adjustment and I felt considerably better and now, I return for "maintenance" and I'm able to enjoy playing with my grandkids and camping and all the other things I couldn't really do anymore before going to Fair Chiropractic. The staff is extremely nice and polite, the business is very clean and Dr. Fair is very personable. Im a 51 year young active guy and take it from me, you won't find a better chiropractor anywhere.

As a first timer ever being to a chiropractor I am highly surprised with how well my appointment went. The dr made sure that I understood everything he was telling me and listens to you when your not comfortable. I was in a wreck over a year ago which cause me to have a fractured neck. I still don't have full range of motion in my neck so I wanted to see what a chiropractor was able to do to help me. After having an x-ray done in office to make sure I had no other significant problems. He explained what he was seeing and told me what needed to be done. He then made sure when adjusting my neck that he wasnt doing anything that would cause more pain then I normally in with my neck. And explained everything as he was doing before he did it. I am actually looking forward to my future appointments so I can get the full range of motion back in my neck.
