I am an avid runner and have been lucky enough not to have suffered many ailments that seem to befall many of my fellow pavement pounders. I believe this can be ascribed to my chiropractic care provided by Dr. Audia. Most recently, after a bout with the ubiquitous flu (that seemed to pervade all of the nation) and the inactivity borne from it, I found myself struggling with sacroiliac pain. No amount of running or yoga stretches could alleviate my discomfort. It was only Dr. Mary and her technique that was able to rid me of the SI joint difficulty. How I missed my sister Mary when I needed a chiropractor in Portland, OR! I'd boarded a train which took off sooner and much faster than usual, and landed headfirst against a dividing wall. The chiropractor I saw helped me, but she hadn't been trained at Palmer, the birthplace of chiropractic in Iowa. It felt like my bones were scraping against each other in slow motion as she adjusted me, and I was very sore after my treatment. She didn't have Mary's gentle touch, her Palmer techniques, nor her specialized table which makes each adjustment so quick and smooth. I am not just being a biased sister when I say that Mary is the best chiropractor I've been to.
