As a new patient with only receiving six treatments, I would comfortably say, I'm in good hands. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, adjusts as necessary and if I'm having other problems (like plantar fasciitis flare up), he helps with that too. I've been to many chiropractor places but this one, exceeds expectations by far. I would give five stars, but I'm still in the beginning stages. Also customer service and appt reminders are great!

I've always been nervous at the thought of allowing someone to manipulate my bones and what not. Last month, Dr. Kaile came and did adjustments at my kung fu school before a seminar. He was fantastic. He took the time to explain everything he did, and constantly checked in with me as far as comfort level goes. Having had back issues for quite a while now due to my work at the zoo, I decided to give him another go as I felt everything stiffening and shifting again (it is continuous process, after all). I went there with constant lower back pain moving all the way down into my legs. First day Dr. Kaile did a full work up on me to see if chiropractic care was needed, and then we worked out a care plan for me and my needs. I’m now on the tail end of my plan and I feel incredible!! I’m able to continue my active life without constant pain or locking up. Dr. Kaile is incredibly friendly and very thorough on what he is doing and why he is doing it. Absolutely an amazing place to go if you are in any type of muscle/body pain. I’ve worked nothing but intense labor jobs and I’m currently a construction worker. I developed allot of upper and lower back pain to the point where I could barely move my neck without feeling stiffness and sharp pain. My husband and I have been looking for a good Chiropractor for a very long time with no luck. Dr. Kaile found us at galaxy fest and we are so happy he did. Regular doctors just told me to try different over the counter medications and told my husband he had two options; get $900 injections every 3 months or fuse his spine. By the way we are only in our early 30's. Thanks to Dr. Kaile my headaches are gone and my husband doesn't have to live in excruciating pain any longer. I also felt understood when describing my functional movements hearing that Dr. John himself played and is still active in sports and lifting. Dr. John helped to alleviate my immediate pain and while he presented a plan after the initial treatment it didn’t feel pushy or ‘salesy’ in any way. Core is highly recommended in my book!
