I came to Dr. Beckwith's practice as a last resort. Due to concussion/head injury issues, I was sleeping less than 5 hours a night over the past 15 years. Moreover, the previous handful of months had me barely seeing 2 hours a night (even with sleeping pills)! Not only was I lethargic, but I was irritable, had mood swings, was making errors at work at an increasing rate, among other (more severe issues). Well, hindsight is 20/20, and my last resort should've been my first! After only 1 month of treatment, I'm averaging about 6 hours of sleep a night, all without the use of medication. I'm hopeful for yet more improvement over the next few weeks, but am already more than satisfied with my results and the subsequent exponential improvements in quality of life. THANKS!
