I was a patient of Dr. Wagner's throughout much of my time at Purdue University. Throughout three years my experience with his office was expensive, but satisfactory. It was only after I stopped seeing Dr. Wagner following a move from the area that I received notice of an unpaid invoice. After multiple calls into the office I was connected with the billing department and informed that the unpaid invoice would be processed by my insurance and that I could ignore the notice I received. After assuming the mater was resolved (and confirming with my insurance provider that the invoice would be paid) I received a notice some 6 months later that Wagner Chiropractic had turned over my unpaid balance to a collection agency. I have since (after much effort) been able to connect with the billing department and collections agency to resolve the matter. I'm extremely disappointed that, despite my efforts to reach out and maintaining the same phone number for 15+ years, no one attempted to reach me to resolve the matter. I can only hope that my credit won't be severely damaged following this matter.

We love Dr. Julia! She has worked on my son since he was 2 weeks old (going on 3 months old now) and he sleeps better and doesn’t favor his neck to one side anymore! It’s not scary “cracking” adjustments for babies, it’s more comparable to gentle baby massage, she rubs his neck and back in certain areas to realign him. He loves it! We knew birth could misalign a baby, so we brought him 2 weeks after. So happy with our choice. I’ll be trying one of the doctors here for myself soon too!

The therepy personnel were very kind and knowledgeable but the chiropractor was very impersonal and did not listen well. I informed him of an additional accident that happened midway through my treatment and he didn’t even address it. I went to this chiropractor for multiple months and instead of fixing my back pain it just moved. I’m not returning.

After the visit, I was attempting to help Aunty, the patient, into the van and she slipped out of her wheelchair and sat firmly on the pavement of the parking lot. I struggled to lift her for all of two minutes when I realized someone was taking over; the doctor came rushing out in his shirtsleeves during a heavy snow and gently lifted Aunty into her seat. I don't know how he saw what happened from inside but he showed good character in men, caring in doctors and humanity in humans. I have to mention that he is extremely handsome. I will be going here for my chiropractic needs. The nurses and doctor(s) supply good service to patients. You should go with insurance because elsewise you may not afford it. The wheelchair ramp is very steep and there is a hump getting in to the front door from the ramp. Watch out for that. The exam rooms are small and there is little room to move about within in the waiting room, but the nurses give you estimated wait times and update you every once in a while. There is plenty of recently acquired reading material, everything is clean and there must be a humidifier somewhere because the air is not achingly dry in the wintertime. The building is very warm which is good for elderly people but not for the typical young person.

I've had back pain for 5 years. I've been to a number of doctors. After my first visit to dr. Wagners office they found out I had a dislocated tail bone. I've been going here for 2 months and my back pain has subsided to only 1 day a week. That one day is usually the day before I'm scheduled to go back, it's almost like he's good enough to guesstimate when my pain will return. Their staff are miracle workers
