For years, I enjoyed running but a knee began to cause so much trouble that I couldn't run 100 feet without stabbing pain. Also, that knee simply would give out from under me on unpredictable occasions. My running stopped for at least a couple of years. I decided to not put up with it any longer and a knee replacement was a last and undesired option. Trevor diagnosed the problem, identified a possible remedy, and started me on minimal daily exercises to strengthen the muscles around the knee. He advanced the exercises and added exercises and has been working with me for about 3 months. Yesterday, I ran over 1 mile with no pain and my knee has not given out for quite a while. The strengthening exercises that Trevor prescribed likely will be my friend for the rest of my days, but at this point the problem has been solved. No drugs, no surgery, and very little expense. Trevor would get a 10 rating from me if that were available.

Dr. Gilbert provides excellent and thorough care! While my family and I have always been blessed to receive good chiropractic care wherever we've lived, we've never had a chiropractor as thorough as Dr. Gilbert. Despite his busy schedule, he doesn't rush you through. Not only is he thorough, but he's provides excellent, quality care for infants through adulthood. He's an incredibly competent and skilled provided.
