This was my first experience with a chiropractor and I didn't know what to expect. Dr. Hartwell did a great job of explaining everything to me and providing me with options regarding my sciatica pain during pregnancy. After a couple visits my sciatica pain was gone. She also helped me with leg swelling by using kinesiology tape. Highly recommend sacred spines!

Dr Hartwell is awesome & highly recommended! I suffered from sciatic pain majority of my pregnancy; it got to the point I could not perform as well on my job. The moment I received my first adjustment from Dr Hartwell, I began to feel a difference. Dr Hartwell is so patient, considerate & very knowledgeable. She gladly suggested natural remedies for things as they arose during my pregnancy (which I loved). Her office is super clean & welcoming. The staff is always friendly. I was able to complete my pregnancy with minimal sciatic pain. I am SO grateful for Dr Hartwell, as I am quite positive I would have not been able to finish working through my pregnancy, if it were not for her!

Currently 37.5 weeks pregnant: I started seeing a Chiropractor around week 25 or 26 of my pregnancy. I had heard of Sacred Spines, but thought "a Chiro is a Chiro" and that they all pretty much do the same adjustments.... but, after hearing so many people rave about Sacred Spines I figured I'd cheat on my regular Chiro and go one time just to "see" if they did anything different... I was shocked at how wrong and how different my experience would be! Lol. I had instant relief of my sciatic pain and I woke up for the first time the next day with ZERO carpal tunnel pain or tingling in my hands. I could literally feel the extra space created for my baby with the ligament adjustment she performed. I left my first appointment feeling amazing. When I tell you that not all Chiropractors are equal- TRUST ME- This Chiro is a Godsend for pregnancy!

I began seeing Dr. Hartwell early on during my second pregnancy because of some sciatic pain I was experiencing. What I didn’t realize was how much other pain I was having, and basically treating with tylenol or ignoring, that she would help me with. After seeing her twice a week, I began to notice within a month how much better I was feeling. Headaches I was having at least weekly had disappeared, my sciatica was gone compeltely, my plantar faciitis disappeared, and hip pain and pelvic pain I experienced throughout my first pregnancy was minimized greatly through her practice of the Webster Technique. I have even noticed that my anxiety has been greatly reduced, which I can only attribute to the chiropractic care I have been receiving as well. Family friendly environment yet very professional. Dr. Hartwell is very knowledgeable and provides excellent care. She is genuine and wants the best for her clients. I received the weekly Webster adjustments from 25 weeks on to the successful labor and birth I had without any interventions. I attribute the care from Dr. Hartwell as a factor in being able to labor all at home and have a successful delivery within two hours after arriving at the birth center. I plan to continue seeing Dr. Hartwell and bringing my family for care.

I started seeing Dr. Hartwell at the urge of my doula who is a massage therapist. I am pregnant with my second child and was ultimately having major discomfort in my upper back, neck an hips. This was my first experience with a chiropractor and I was nervous. (People love to tell you bad stories about bad chiropractors!) Dr. Hartwell took a lot of time during my initial appointment and really eased my mind by educating me and listening to me. She talked about the benefits to the babies positioning as I get further along and helped to address major issues in my hips that were present for most likely a long time. I felt instant release and my neck is no longer sore every day. Do yourself a favor and get adjusted! See Dr. Harwell because not only is she amazing, so is Hannah at the front desk!

My daughter and I recently began seeing Dr. Hartwell when I was 36 weeks pregnant, as her office was conveniently located to our home and I have many friends who recommend her. I was impressed at our initial consultation and assessment with her, she was incredibly thorough as she looked us both over and took the time to listen to our health and chiropractic care history. I've been seeing her weekly for Webster adjustments and they have been so so essential in relieving the discomforts that come with the end of pregnancy! My daughter, who will be 3 next month, feels very comfortable and willing jumps onto the giraffe table when it is her turn. The lovely lady, Hannah, who works at the front desk is also extremely inviting and helpful -- quick to reschedule appointments for us and keep an eye on my little one as she plays up front during my adjustments.
