Waited an hour (or longer) after my appointment to be seen. Wasted half of my morning there. Couldn't drive to talk about test results, and I was told it would be okay if I waited until August (when I'll be able to afford care) to get my results. No one could tell me what it costs to get an adjustment. I kept hearing people say something about "joining" their program. I've since read my option would be a yearly "subscription" costing as much as a car payment per month. Ugh.

They get you in the door, catering to you, and then when you sign up for their program with automatic withdrawals they drop any sort of interest in your health. They say they are trying to change the world, but it's more like they're trying to fill their pockets. How often do they do check-ups and follow up with you like they say they will? Not often. I would definitely choose a different chiropractor. One that you can trust to keep their word, not overfill their office and then let patients drop through the cracks.

I am writing this review because of the great benefits I have had with the Omega Sufficiency Soft Gels. I have always been unable to eat fish and seafood due to an intolerance for them. Dr. Mike had suggested I take the Omega-3 Fish Oil Supplement for multiple reasons to improve my overall health. When my cholesterol was elevated my general practioner suggested I take an omega-3 fish oil supplement. Since I was intolerant to any fish, I contacted my allergist for guidance. He and Dr. Mike started me slowly on the omega-3 fish oil supplement and increased my intake over a period of time. Since taking the supplement my cholesterol has dropped and returned to normal and my overall health has improved. I am very glad I was able to work with all my physicians to increase my overall health.

I honestly was very skeptical of Chiro care. I've had back issues for 20 years. And the usual with that ... lots of phys therapy., various drugs. When a co-worker started to get relief for a back injury with Dr. Matt, I thought I'd give it a try. My pain levels are diminished (no drugs; which is important to me). And I have more pain free days then when I started 6 months ago. A REAL GIFT! It was hard to remember what a no pain day felt like. Set aside your scepticism. Visit Dr. Matt. I would like to give 5 stars to Premier Family Chiropractic for their outstanding practice. I have been a patient since July, 2012 and have received nothing but impressive care. I have been a patient of several previous chiropractors and their offices. The care I received in the past does not compare to the level and quality of care I receive at Premier, not to mention the results I have experienced here. I drive 1 hour one way to each visit and is well worth my time! The staff is very knowledgeable and is very helpful to your every need. The staff takes time to answer your questions and cares about you as a individual not a number. Dr. Mike, Dr. Matt and Dr. Adam are very professional and knowledgeable. The care plan is individualized and tailored for you. The care plan is focused on finding the source of your problem and not just merely addressing the symptom. Before I was a patient at Premier Family Chiropractic I could not ride a bike, walk very far in a store, go up flights of stairs or sleep in a comfortable position. I had plantar fasciitis for 5 years and had no one could help correct the problem . I can now ride a bike, walk miles, go up 8 flights of stairs at one time and sleep in the bed all night and not be sore in the morning!!! I don't have plantar fasciitis any more!!!!!! I recommend Premier Family Chiropractic to anyone that asks. If you have been a patient of ANY doctors in the past and have had little to no success, then let Dr. Mike, Dr. Matt and Dr. Adam make a plan of care for you and turn your health around!!

This place is a con job from the start high pressure sales. Dont give them your cc# they save it and charge you whatever they want. Sign up for your teratment plan it is totally based on what you will pay not what will help. If you dont believe me tell them you think your plan is too expensive they will change ypur plan to " better fit your budget" what a laugh. Dont go here i pleade with you find a good chiropractor to help you not scam you.

my three year old has had constipation issues that were resolved when I saw a KST (koren specific technique) chiropractor in Minnesota...so imagine my excitement to find the same technique practiced here in indy by DR MIKE! I saw no reviews online but assumed he must be good bc he sees lots of children (based off of what the receptionist said). sitting in his 6x6 room, he seemed knowledgeable but very "car salesman" like. I ignored that bc I was PUMPED that he did this technique and was going to fix my son! first red flag. he checked over my 3 yr old and pointed out some things then stated he would do a thermal scan (very benign and not harmful) and would want to do some "pictures" too. made it very clear that, while he did do KST, he was a different practitioner that needed other "tests" to show what was going on. second red flag. seeing as how my son is T-H-R-E-E...seeing as how the dentist even refused to do xrays as well as our peds dr as well as airports as well as...well you get the idea.....I ASSUMED he meant he wanted to take pics of my sons spine with a camera. I almost peed myself laughing when he clarified stating he wanted to take NOT ONE, BUT TWO, xrays of his spine bc "we need to see how long these subluxations have been there"third red flag --now, if you have any knowledge of xrays then you will be peeing yourself laughing too. xrays only show the issue. they do NOT (let me repeat) they do NOT show how long an issue has been present. if that were the case then doctors would be able to tell you how long you have had your pneumonia, your small mass on your liver, etc. when I told him I wasn't comfortable with xrays in my son he assured me they were quite benign and not harmful at all.....and "oh don't worry. I will put lead over his neck and groin." But when he wouldn't back down I explained that both my husband and I were in the medical field, we weren't dumb, theres no reason to xray if youre a competent chiropractor, I knew he gets a kick back for every xray bc it is HIS xray machine on site, and reminded him again that my child was THREE, not to mention that xrays in children increase the risk of cancer....he smiled. put away the chart. stood up. and shook my hand telling me to go home and think about it and he would see us back in there. i smiled politely and said thank you but no you wont. we walked out. think twice before going to this clown! i hear dr nancy elwartowski in carmel is good. she helped our son a little but not as much as the KST in minnesota. However,she has a great track record/following and doesn't use xrays bc she knows her stuff and doesn't need to make more money with shady tactics at the expense of your childs health. i will keep searching just like you should if youre reading this! ** if u notice all of the 5 star "amazing" reviews are all at the same time. Real reviews are staggered. Staged reviews happen in clusters

I have been going to see the great Chiropractors at Premier Family Chiropractic since 2009. I met them when I was on the verge of choosing spinal fusion for my badly degenerated discs. Dr. Mike convinced me there was hope without surgery but it was going to take some work. When I started with PFC I was barely able to lift my two year old daughter out of her crib without serious pain to now being able to regularly do Crossfit workouts. They focus on all aspects of your health, not just spinal adjustments. Highly recommended.
