When I developed back problems, my physician recommended Dr. Jay, and I’m so grateful she did! Dr. Jay assessed my back, implemented a treatment plan, and it’s working! My realigned spine makes daily life much more enjoyable. I have greatly appreciated Dr. Jay’s expertise with physical problems, along with his instructions on what I can do to help maintain my back alignment. Dr. Jay’s staff is also greatly appreciated! They are knowledgeable, helpful, and always cheerful. This is a business that cares about people, and one I will continue to recommend to others.

Dr. Jay and his staff was very friendly, but the assessment and treatment I received for my back issue is the reason I cannot give this place 5 stars. Initially, my back was assessed and an x-ray taken, which I feel might have been a little unnecessary. Afterward, I would come in an get hooked up to a machine similar to a TENS unit, which felt nice, and then get adjusted by Dr. Jay. He used an adjustment tool, and it did not help. I was told to come in 3xweek for a few weeks, and I never really felt relief. I don't believe the right solution for my issue was truly considered with Dr. Jay. I ended up going to another local chiropractor recently, and he did an assessment by testing my body movements, and did an adjustment by hand. I felt immediate relief after the first visit. After my second visit, I'm feeling better than I've felt in quite some time.

I first was recommended to Dr. Lagoni when I encountered a sciatic and hip issue while being pregnant in 2016-2017. Dr. Lagoni and his staff gave me complete security, were very professional, respected my time and inflexible schedule, and took ownership with my health issues. They made me feel special and right at home, from calling me by my first name down to asking about the family and our events we talked about during previous appointments. I recently have gone back for a different neck/back issue and 3yrs later no sciatic issue and the office is still as kind and professional! I highly recommend Lagoni Chiropractic, an matter of fact, I have given his phone number to two personal friends just this week! Thanks for everything Dr. Lagoni!
