While it's annoying that you have to wait a day to start treatment after your evaluation they want to make sure the treatment plan is the best fit for you. Both the doctors and the office staff are wonderful. I've been a patient for over a year. My spouse and both my children have been seen there too. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Osmon and his staff are very professional, thorough, and good at what they do. I've received adjustments for lower back pain, hip pain, and minor wrist pain - and all of those were alleviated in six visits or less. I also receive monthly spinal adjustments to maintain optimal health and feel a substantial benefit. Highly recommended.

This office informed me that my insurance would cover 100% of my first 12 visits. I just received a bill showing that my insurance didn't even cover half the price of each visit. I wasn't aware of this until several adjustments had been done, so I have racked up a nice bill. Conveniently they NEEDED to see me several times a week for the first few weeks. I am thankful that I didn't make all of the appointments. The office staff said my insurance adjuster made the mistake, but I am not too sure if that was the case. Be careful of what they quote you because you will likely pay way more out of pocket than anticipated. I would not recommend.
