We consulted Dr Ezgur for his Homeopathy expertise for my infant daughter. We were, and still are amazed by his medications and excellent diagnosis. He was available round the clock on email and would even take consultations on the phone, if need be. Although homeopathy was a little expensive to begin with, it did solve health problems without beating around the bush like conventional medicine does. I wish Dr. Ezgur and his wellness center all the success and hopefully they can make homeopathy a household name in America in years to come.

I have only good things to say about Dr. Ezgur and Progressive Chiropractic. I first went to Dr. Ezgur about 10 years ago with a sports related back injury. I had just accepted my pain as normal. After a few visits with Dr. Ezgur, I began to remember what being pain free was. I work in the fitness industry and I often push my body beyond what most would consider normal. Without the healing efforts of Progressive Chiropractic, I know I would have had to leave the world of fitness. They are up to date with the leading information and technology and they know how to heal joints and muscles quickly and effectively. In addition to normal wear and tear on the body, I have found them to be effective in treating accident related injuries as well, Last year, I was in a car accident. My neck and shoulder were a mess. However, thanks to the efforts of the team at Progressive, I am back to normal. I think the office is friendly. The staff is so helpful and understanding. They work well with difficult schedules. They have free parking. Oh, one last thing, Dr. Ezgur also is great with homeopathy and acupuncture. If ever I feel a cold coming on, I go there first and get treated. That way I can usually avoid over the counter and or prescription medicines. Overall – I highly recommend Progressive Chiropractic.

I couldn't be more please with Dr. Ezgur and the treatment I am receiving at Progressive Chiropractic Wellness Center. I hadn't been to a Chiropractor with any regularity since elementary school and it was nice to find an office so close to me that offers a holistic approach to health that vibes so well with my own views. An added benefit is having massage and acupuncture services in the same office. I was intro introduced the Progressive Chiropractic Wellness Center through the Ride for AIDS Chicago. Dr. Ezgur donated his time to provide free adjustments for any of the riders after a challenging and emotional 200 mile, two-day bike ride. His involvement showed me that the office's heart is in a good place. Everyone I have met in the office is just as awesome. Geeking out over music, bikes and movies with his CT makes learning the stretches a lot easier. There is also not a critical eye in the place. If life gets in the way and I come in without having done all the stretches I should have I am only met with "Cool, let's continue from where you are now." I can say enough good things.

I've been a patient of Dr. Backhaus for two years, receiving a combination of acupuncture, chiropractic, and massage therapy. The therapies have helped manage my back pain, which I have frequently from sitting at a desk for long hours. It's made a huge difference – I've never felt better. I went to Dr.Ezgur for over 10 years for back pain and a fractured tailbone. He got me through so much pain...including pregnancies where I refractured my tailbone. He is the best! He was my primary physician for a very long time and I learned a lot that helps me keep my family healthy today. We moved otherwise I would still be with him. I first started going to Dr. Ezgur over five years ago for a knee issue (IT band). I was skeptical, as I had never sought 'alternative' treatment for anything before. After a week or so, I was pain-free, due to the acupuncture, laser point therapy, exercises I learned there and most of all - Dr. Ezgur's genuine compassion, understanding of the body and the knowledge/professionalism of not only Dr. Ezgur, but his entire staff. Since then, I have gone back for various injuries, etc. As always, I get excellent care and healed quickly without surgery or medication to 'mask' the pain. Through the years, I have referred other friends in the Chicago area to Dr. Ezgur - all of whom have had positive experiences similar to mine. Dr. Ezgur is top-notch - as is his staff. I first came in to see Dr. Ezgur at Progressive Chiropractic Wellness Center several years ago. I had tried other chiropractors in Chicago but I never got more than short term pain relief, and was told that I needed to keep coming back for treatment. Dr. Ezgur does things very differently. Every time I’ve come in to see him for a sports injury, he’s always been able to figure out what’s causing my problem, and get me out of pain fairly quickly. The cold laser therapy and acupuncture have been especially effective for fast pain relief. They also provide physical therapy and teach me self-treatment techniques, which means that my treatment results last longer, and I don’t have to keep coming back. I have also seen Dr. Ezgur for homeopathy. Because this has been so effective for a variety of health issues like colds & flu, Dr. Ezgur has now become my natural medicine doctor. Whenever I get sick, I give him a call and he can usually prescribe a homeopathic remedy that solves the problem. Since I’ve been seeing him, I have not needed antibiotics or other types of prescription or over the counter medicines nearly as much. The fact that this practice combines so many different types of treatments make it a “one-stop-shop” that I can trust for most of my healthcare needs. Other things I like about the practice are the friendly, efficient office staff (Chivette & Meadow), the great massage therapists (Mark & Mara), free parking, and they run on time – I rarely have to wait to be seen. Highly recommended!
