Plainfield Chiropractic at 15104 S James Street is the best way to go! I walk out the door feeling 10 times better than I did before. Visited Plainfield Chiropractic for a short while. The Dr. was amazing! He was very kind and patient in answering my questions. Since discontinuing appointment with this office though, I have had many difficulties. After insurance coverage left a bill, I authorized the office to take a set amount every other Friday (coinciding with my pay days) to pay off the balance. They have taken payment on Monday, Wednesday & the wrong Friday's. When calling to ask why they took payment on days not authorized they informed me that "SO & so did not get to it on Friday so we processed it a different day" NOT ACCEPTABLE. Since they have now drawn my account NEGATIVE, I was forced to withdrawal my payment information from them due to irresponsibility in the area of billing and reception. Don't get me wrong, Dr. Smith is GREAT & helped address the problems I had, but the front desk has definite room for improvement,

Dr. Smith educated me on my condition (Subluxation), and advised me not only in the treatments needed, but also in the exercises and preventive measures needed to maintain a healthy body. I will start off by saying that I never trusted Chiropractors because if a bad experience with one. I was persuaded by someone I trusted to check out Dr Smith at Plainfield Chiropractic. I had pretty bad shoulder pain and could not lift my arm. The pain was excruciating and unbearable. After being treated by Dr Smith I have no pain and I have full movement of my shoulder. Today I am hitting golf balls! This guy without a doubt is the best!

Dr Smith is very good at making sure he helps with all of my problem areas and does not pressure me into coming weekly if I don’t have a need to.
