Staff is warm and efficient. Dr. Rickord's magic hands keep me active and feeling good even at the age of 76! I am a substitute school teacher and I drive for Uber and Lyft, so I am either on my feet or behind the wheel of my car for most of the day. Plus I have small grandkids to entertain! I was rear-ended in an accident on 294. The driver behind me was too busy texting to notice all traffic was at a complete stop approaching the toll booth... She rammed into the car behind me which was thrown into my car. The next day my back and neck was so sore and I thought it would go away. And it’s taken me a while to trust my chiropractor to crack my neck every time I come in but I see my range of motion is back...I trust him fully now. I have my up days and I have my down days but I always feel better after coming in. I’m feeling better compared to when I first began treatment and I will continue to come in. I started going here after a bad car accident. I had severe neck and upper back pain and didn’t have much confidence that my pain would subside. I can say that I am absolutely amazed. This is the first time in a little over a month that I’ve felt normal. The staff is phenomenal, and it’s genuine.
