I have been going to Concept Care for a few years now and just love the doctors and staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help educate their patients. The office atmosphere is very comfortable and I never feel like 'just another patient'. Doctor Dan and Doctor Missy always listen to what I tell them about how I am feeling before adjustments or treatment, and focus on the main areas of concern. They taught me how to avoid re-injury as well as how to maintain. Their assistants are also very knowledgeable and are sensitive to how you are reacting to the therapies; always asking if I'm doing okay. I've been to other offices in the past and must admit, I'm hooked on Concept Care!!! Definitely a 5 Star team.

Dr. Melissa is the best. I have to admit that I was not sure about visiting a chiropractor before seeing her but she has turned around my back, neck and shoulder pain so much that I strongly recommend seeing her. She has also helped greatly with headaches I was having. In addition the adjustments and PT work, she has given me great general care advice for reducing joint inflammation.

I had an appointment, but the front desk girl was so rude so I didn't reschedule. She made no attempt to make things right. I simply asked if they do confirmation calls (like every other doctor I've ever seen). She said "no, patients make appointments and then they show up as scheduled." Implying that I'm ridiculous for not recalling my appointment time. Whenever she asked if I wanted to reschedule and I stated I haven't looked the communication this far with the establishment so I'll look elsewhere, no apology. Just said "ok have a nice day." It's a shame bc I had two friends booked for appts as well and told them to go elsewhere.

I've been seeing Dr. Dan Kirk for about 12 years, in health and with injury. He seems to have X-ray vision fin knowing what's wrong in the body. He has saved me a couple of times due to severe pain from a back injury. The physicians wanted to do surgery and the others give pills. I wasted much time going in circles when Dr. Dan was correct in his initial assessment. He also encourages his patients to do specific exercises at home to increase the healing time. I trust that he will always find a way to help me, as he has in the past . He is kind, compassionate and takes time to really listen to his patients. My husband and I were both skeptical regarding chiropractic care until we finally agreed to give it a try because we had run out of options. From the moment we arrived at Concept Care (approx. 3 years ago) we were welcomed by a friendly greeting from the entire staff. My husband had been experiencing back pain do to his job. Dr. Dan treated him and then showed him various exercises to do. He has not had the pain since then! Last year I came down with Bell's Palsy and the left side of my face was paralyzed. The hospital staff told me that it could take several months to several years for this to go away or it may never go away. I saw Dr. Dan right away and he treated me with acupuncture and by week 2 after only 2 treatments I was as good as new! It's a sad thing not to be able to blink or smile and to be in constant pain. I am so grateful to Dr. Dan and his staff for all of their kindness, concern and help in our time need.

I would not send any of my friends or family to this place. It is a real joke the doctors are more interested in social hr then doing the job that they should for the patients . These doctors give all doctors a bad name. STAY AWAY
