I was skeptical at first. I didn’t know if this was going to help me address my lower back and shoulder pain but after being going for 3 months (I believe) I can say I definitely feel better overall. The place itself is really nice. All of the staff are welcoming and pleasant to talk to. Cost can be a little high but they work with you and they have multiple option plans.

I went in experiencing severe pain and horrible migraines. Since then I have noticed a decrease in pain and the amount of migraines. They have a nice and friendly staff who is great to work with and the facility is very clean and well kept. They are very family oriented. I have been struggling with neck and back issues for years. I think seeing Dr. Tyler was probably the best thing I did for my back. I felt the huge difference straight after my first adjustment here. Dr. Tyler and the team makes you feel comfortable straight away. What a ride!! I've been going now into 3rd week and the changes are impressive. Lost 6 pounds, can tie my shoes, and able to sit criss cross and read to my grandsons all of which I was unable to do over last 3 months or maybe longer.. Came here for back relief when I was 30 weeks pregnant and went through a six week therapy trial. It's hard to combat 3rd trimester back pain but these guys helped me stay on my feet and level instead of going down hill those last few weeks. Another plus was my labor was 17 hours shorter than my first! I believe better hip alignment made things go smoother Was a great experience and the staff was very friendly

My husband and I have had a great experience at this location, the doctors are excellent and the staff is very nice. I have been coming here for about 6 weeks and since then I have been feeling so much better. Before I had back pain every day and that would limit me so much to get things done around the house, exercise and keep up with my kids. Since starting the treatment, I have more energy, my back pain has improved a lot and I have become more active. Before starting with Chiro One, I used to get migraines often and thankfully I have not had any migraines in the past 6 weeks. My husband is also doing so much better with his lower back pain and with his posture. We are very satisfied and happy with our results.

Everyone at Chiro One in Libertyville are very compassionate and understanding. They are all very knowledgeable and it's easy to ask questions. I have always been interested in Chiropractic Care, but don't trust just anyone. The moment I walked into Chiro One in Libertyville, I instantly felt like the staff genuinely cared about me. The staff was friendly, listened to my concerns and have been excellent at helping me learn about Chiropracting. One thing I appreciate as a patient is that they take assessments through care and explain results. The absolute best part for me is the staff. The staff genuinely cares about the well-being of their patient's and show joy when pain is decreased. I have been amazed as to how many "ailments" can be taken care of with GOOD Chiropractic Care. Highly recommend Dr Tyler, Dr Sam, and their entire team!

Summary: I highly recommend for their very effective and convenient treatment if you don’t mind the open atmosphere (which I don’t mind), and the background music. Also be attentive to how much your insurance plan allows for as you may use up your allotted services and make it difficult to receive other types of treatment (Physical therapy, manipulations, etc) elsewhere. That being said, they are fairly comprehensive in their treatment and you may not need to go anywhere else. The Good: Dr. Tyler does a great job with gentle yet firm adjustments. They also are more effective with both the in house and the at home exercises they prescribe and I noticed a positive difference in going there for over a year. The open atmosphere seems efficient for accommodating a larger amount of adjustments while not at the sake of treatment. Their flexibility in payment plans and options is also helpful to be able to afford to go to treatment. The Bad: Previously I wrote that the adjustments and in office therapy/exercise were a pretty tightly bound package deal and they seemed inflexible if you didn’t fit in this model. However, recently they have allowed for more flexibility and so I have been glad to return to treatment. They turned this negative into a positive! Although the therapy given seems to be effective and well prescribed, do not expect guided physical therapy…however Dr. Tyler does provide good guidance in form and great for questions. Be attentive to how much is allowed on your insurance plan so that you don’t run out in case you need it for other therapy. They have music playing in the open atmosphere that you have no control over. If this suits you, you may like it. If you morally object to the word content or don’t like the rhythm you may hate it and rather it was just silent or play something more relaxing and without words. The music is not good for adults or children. I think the music gets in the way of relaxing, healing, and friendly talk (which does happen there).

I called and made an appointment and I let the receptionist know I have HMO insurance and she claimed they accept that. So I took the day off to go there to only find out they don't. THEY NEED EXPERIENCED AND KNOWLEDGE STAFF TO HANDLE THE PHONE & APPOINTMENTS.

The staff is very friendly and professionals everyone greets you and are so helpful! I’m so glad I came here! Dr Tyler and dr Sam are amazing! I had so many headaches and upper back pain from so much stress the adjustments traction and therapy dr Tyler set up for me has really helped that pain subside I can definitely notice the difference! I like how they educate you before hand and really explain the benefits of seeing a chiropractor as regular as you would see a dentist and allowing your body to heal NATURALLY!

I knew I was long overdue to visit the chiropractor, but as my long time chiropractor relocated out west, I was not sure where to go. At first look upon entering the Libertyville office, I was not sure of what I was getting myself into, as it was like no other Chiro office. Everyone is very friendly and gives great advice. I can't get too upset they won't play heavy metal music in the office because I suppose not everyone loves it as much as I do. It is unique in the sense that they seem to encourage a social atmosphere. They also take x-rays and range of motion measurements before beginning treatment so you will be able to quantify how you have responded to treatment which I think is great.

I’ve been going to Chiro One in Libertyville for several months now. They are my third chiropractor in ten years and the first to include consistent physical therapy and education with my treatment.
