I started seeing Dr. Miller about two months ago. Dr. Miller was the first healthcare professional who listened to me as I explained what I was feeling. I appreciate the time he took to thoroughly explain my X-ray; and the way he outlined what we should do to resolve this issue. I finally felt that someone cared about helping me. We started with an aggressive approach of three times weekly and have since moved to twice weekly. At each visit he asks how I am feeling and what I am experiencing. Most importantly, he always listens to what I have to say about my progress. He reassures me that every day will get better and it does! After just two weeks into my treatment, my symptoms eased; and, as promised, I continue to improve daily. Although I am still in therapy, I know that I am in the best place possible. I am grateful to Dr. Miller and his team. They are all fantastic! Thanks! I highly recommend.

Without sounding like I am marketing for them, I just want to say that as a patient looking for relief from major/minor chiropractic needs (and that is a broad area) you WON'T find a better facility., From the time you walk in their front door as a new patient, you are treated with respect, given support and the overall professionalism from all staff members is phenomenal. Dr. Eric Miller is the answer to lower back pain issues. I had a sever debilitating 9 out of 10 pain coming from my lower back. After having nearly 7 to 8 months of physical therapy prescribed from my orthopedic surgeon I was 15 lbs lighter and stronger but the back pain was still there and actually worse. The pain moved down my mid to lower back and down my right side of my right knee. The pain was truly agonizing. I thought for sure there was surgery in my near future and dreaded every minute of the thought of getting my back operated on no matter how invasive. I have a friend that recommended getting a consultation from a Chiropractor because he believed that seeing a Chiro would help. I looked at Dr.Millers website and called to talk to someone at their office. Lori was very helpful and patient with me over a 1/2 hour conversation we had which enticed me to follow up with Dr.Millers consult. The process was simple and Dr.Miller's knowledge was impressive. He took x-rays and the next time I came in to see him we sat down and actually informed me what was causing my pain with visual evidence. He explained what he would like todo to treat the issue and said he would be able to show me the results with the follow up x-rays. It took almost no time at all to start seeing the pain relief from his adjustments. I indebted to Dr. Miller for giving me back the ability to perform my day to day duties, and my life in general. My back pain was 80% gone with 1.5 months treatments and completely gone in 3 months. My insurance (blue cross blue shield) covers everything and I am now pain free. I cant say enough good things about Eric and my gratitude will never fade.

When I made the move from Colorado to Illinois, I called Chiro-Med to see if they would match my military spouse rate that I had been receiving in Colorado. They said absolutely! I spoke to a lovely lady named Lori over the phone and she was extremely friendly and helpful in getting me set up. I now see Dr. Miller weekly for adjustments for my lower back pain. I have struggled with this pain almost all my life, but ever since giving birth two years ago to my son, my back pain increased to an unbearable level. My routine adjustments with Dr. Miller help me achieve a near pain-free lifestyle, and I am able to perform my daily duties as a toddler mom again. I do not know what I would do without chiropractic care, and I love the friendly, knowledgeable staff at Chiro-Med. Highly recommend them!

I only have one issue with this place. The two doctors are great , but , they use some kind of electrical machine with some wires that attaches to your skin with some sticky electrodes . Well , these electrodes looks like they go from one patient to another , without being changed or cleaned !! I saw another patient next to me on another table and just happened that I noticed his dry and flakey skin when he got up after they finished working on his back . Same electrodes went from him , to another lady ... I'm not a sensitive person , but that was gross . That was the last time I went there. Sorry Dr Miller , I know you like good reviews , but this issue must be resolved before someone gets who knows what from another patient ... You get 5 stars for your clinical skills and 2 for the issue above. Fix that and I will update my review. PS. I am not using my real name because I do like you and I will be back in future. I was ashamed to tell you directly and I found this method. Have a great day.

Dr. Miller and his team have been amazing to work with over the past month I’ve been coming. I’ve dealt with backpain for the past 10 years and tried everything from manual adjustments to physical therapy and nothing seemed to help. Dr. Miller took the time to review my x-rays and MRI and set up a plan for decompression therapy. In the few visits I’ve had I’ve been feeling better than I have in years. The staff is super friendly and personable and all genuinely care about not only you feeling better, but even your home life. I would recommend Chiro Med to anyone.

My story like all the rest, who has posted how truly wonderful "Dr Miller is, can't even say enough, not only is he blessed and knowledgeable in what he does, but God has truly given him a gift to heal but also to put your mind and soul at rest, when all others doctor's tell you that your life is at a end, he give you hope and showing you that there is hope and that there wrong and by proper treatment and a right Exercises plan accordingly to your diagnoses, that there is life to enjoy by healing and a man who we can't thank enough, for restoring us out of pain to peace, Thank you, for they say in the bible that we entertain Angel's and there is no doubt you are one!!!

If there were SIX stars - I would give them! I have been going to Dr. Miller for over three years now. When I started, I was suffering with scoliosis and walking hunched over at almost a 45-degree angle. Dr. Miller worked with me and after the first 6 months to year, my stature went from a 33% curvature down to a 20% curvature. Today, although I walk with a cane for balance, I am virtually standing up totally straight, and it is all thanks to Eric Miller. He has been a blessing in my life and I have recommended him to many of my family and friends, one of whom said, after seeing him, "Dr. Miller WALKS ON WATER! He is WONDERFUL!". And that is the truth - HE IS WONDERFUL! And the staff in the office is like a family to every patient who comes in.

I started seeing Dr. Miller two years ago when my hands and arms started locking up from what appears to be an issue with my neck/spine/nerves. The emergency room at the hospital could not properly diagnose me but thanks to regular treatments with Dr. Miller I have not had the lock up problems anymore. We started with an aggressive schedule of three times a week and then slowly cut down to once a month now. Amazing how I went from a fear of the "neck cracking" to actually looking forward to the relief it provides. The entire staff at Chiro-Med is fantastic. Thanks everyone for all your help.

Dr Miller and his staff treated me during both of my pregnancies and have treated my boys since birth. I attribute my smooth pregnancies and birthing experiences to the chiropractic care that I received throughout that time. They are always flexible with our appointments and crazy schedule. A friend of mine recommended Chiro-Med for adjustments. It's been almost two months since I have started receiving treatment from the doctors at Chior-Med. It was the best decision I've ever made! I get adjusted two to three times a week by either Dr. Miller or Dr. Laytan. I would highly recommend either of the doctors! After each session, I feel better and better. It's hard to believe it hasn't even been two months! Dr. Miller's assistant, Morgan is very helpful with the therapy I receive. The staff is friendly and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. I would highly recommend Chiro-Med to anyone looking for adjustments and therapy.

I had developed pretty bad hip pain with occasional lower back and knee pain so a friend recommended Chiro-Med and I'm so glad they did. With my first appointment I was little apprehensive and wasn't sure what I was in for but Dr.Chris and the whole staff could not have been nicer or more professional. Dr.Chris was very thorough and patient. With his review and treatment I walked out feeling pain-free in my hip and haven’t had knee or back pain flare-ups since. Chiro-Med is an all-around improvement from "the usual chiropractors." I've been to multiple chiropractors in the city and the SW suburbs. Dr. Eric and Dr. Chris' adjustments are smooth and comfortable, not "jerky" and awkward, and they both help you with deeper stretches that are impossible to obtain on your own. Jessica, one of the massage therapists, is very attentive and thorough; her massages are both therapeutic AND relaxing. Lori and Morgan are very helpful, friendly, and always supportive in their roles to help manage and improve your health! I was referred to Chiro-Med by close friends, and will continue to refer others!

This place is great! Every week I come in I am welcomed by a friendly, knowledgeable staff that knows how to make people feel comfortable. Dr Miller has been the best chiropractor I've seen and I could not see myself going to another clinic. He made a plan just for me based off my diagnoses. The wait time is also fairly short even with a busy office, and the doctor doesn't mind answering questions.

Dr. Miller and his staff are all very well informed and friendly. They get you in and out without sacrificing care. Went in with chronic back and neck pain and tension headaches and he did x-rays to discover a fracture in my back. My primary care doctor's did not bother to follow up on this. Dr. Miller has been treating this for me and what I thought I would never be able to live with he has made manageable.
