Island family chiropractic has been taking care of me for over 7 years now. When kapolei opened up, it made it much more convenient to get my appointments. I tend to have sudden sharp pains along my back and when I need an emergency visit, Dr. Ricky is always flexible to help. Walked out, feeling so much better. Highly recommend you to visit this place if you’re experiencing any problems

Dr. Ricky is a phenomenal adjustor of the spine. He is a very big guy, so he can handle really big guys, but I also saw that he was adjusting a baby before my appointment. He's also a very funny guy, and cracks me up while he cracks me up! The office in Kapolei might have been a little hard to find, but they sent me a text with directions and checked my insurance benefits for me before the appointment so that I would know what to expect when I got there. The Kapolei office is a satellite office of their bigger Waipio office, but I'm so glad to have an option on the West Side. The location is great for Waianae side because it's just off of exit 1 on H1. Since they have three locations, you can stop by any of them if you are in need, and they will transfer the info to your usual spot. 6 stars if I could!

I want to recommend this office and Dr. Ricky to anyone seeking relief of their back or neck pain in the Honolulu area. He is an amazing doctor and did such an amazing job with my adjustment and I feel so good after just one treatment. Recommend highly.

This office worked with me to greatly reduce my pain, even though I am a tourist on vacation and won't be a continuing customer. I didn't find any other chiropractors willing to help me out! They took me seriously, worked me into the schedule and improved my quality of life. They saved my vacation! They really listen, as well, and offer steady advice for how to prevent further injury and improve current mobility. I recommend everyone give them a try!

Dr. Carie is fantastic! She is awesome at making you feel comfortable and is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her exams and treatment. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend to a friend.

My husband and I, and our three keiki (11, 6, and 4) have been coming to see Dr Carie and Dr Cassie now for almost 2 years. Every 2 weeks for him and I, and every 4 weeks for our kids . If we could give them a 5 diamond rating, they definitely would deserve it! Everything from booking out our appointments weeks out in advanced with Tori or either Doc, to the hospitality they provide at every visit is a bonus to our adjustments. I have VA Coverage and although our HMSA federal plan doesn’t offer chiropractic care, Island Family still works with us and offers great family packages. Taking care of our nervous system is just as important and beneficial to our overall health and we definitely value our care under them. Thank you to the teams at their Kapolei and Waipio locations!! You all definitely keep our family moving!!

Dr. Cassandra is knowledgeable and always seems to have a smile on her face. In the past, I had her as a chiropractic student and I never worried that she would do less than a stellar job with her patient care.

My experience this afternoon was the best. I’ve been to several chiropractor’s before but Dr. Ngo was by far the best. Im a bigger guy so sometimes it’s hard for other doctors to adjust me but Dr. Ngo had no problem. He also had tools and methods that really attacked my problem areas. Another thing I really appreciated was the video I watched in the beginning that explained the purpose and benefits of getting adjusted. For sure will be going through him again. 10/10
