My chiropractor was always helpful even on things she couldn't treat. I once broke my foot and although it healed it wasn't the same. I asked her if she had any idea why. She believed i streach a tendon and needed a brace and suggest I talked to my doctor about it. So I did and she sent to an orthopedist who gave me a brace and a script for thearpy. But because I live in different town then the doctor I didn't know where to find thearpy. But my chiropractor had heard of a place thourgh her patients and when I told her I needed thearpy she recommended them. She even told me about acupuncture that I could use for my fibromyalgia. She is a great doctor. If she doesn't know something she tries to find out. If she can't solve the problem then she'll send you to someone who can. If you want a great doctor she the one. See Casey

I was diagnosed with Neuropathy by nerve conduction testing by a Neurologist in NH eight years ago. I had it retested and diagnosed again in FL 3 yrs. ago by a Neurologist now practicing at Shands in Gainesville, FL. I began treatment at Chiropractic USA in May 2014 and had a nerve conduction test in August 2014 and no longer have Neuropathy! The Staff at CUSA are all friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They work as a team with you to help you reach optimum health. Dr. Edelson is the BEST. He has a real heart for his patients. He continues to educate and lecture country wide while running his practice. After years of struggling with fibromyalgia, and not seeing any improvement, now under his care I'm building my ability to function and look forward to a more productive future for the first time in 20 years. This is the right place if you're looking for a clean, fun environment to improve or maintain your health. They even have parties, games, and contests!

Dr. Amber is wonderful and very knowledgeable in all things chiropractic. She is great with anyone from adults to newborns. The office is very clean and the staff is warm and friendly. I was 8 months pregnant and in EXTREME pain when i first visited Dr. Amber. She made my first visit very pleasant and i walked out of the office after one visit feeling amazing. She has been my Dr ever since. I recommend her to everyone i know.

I have used Chiropractic USA for a little over a year and I have to say I have never once been disappointed. Amber takes her time with you and listens to what you and your body have to say! She took care of my alignments throughout my entire pregnancy and now takes care of my daughter since she was 3 days old! :) Just recently I injured my foot through playing laser tag and instead of having to pay for an ER visit, I simply made an appointment and Amber was able to adjust my foot! I absolutely love Chiropractic USA of Laurel Run and I highly suggest them for any chiropractic needs!!

Dr. Amber was amazing. Fixed my problem in no time and helped recover with some good rehab to help the neck relax! Would recommend her highly! She paid close attention and really dug deep into what the actual issue was rather than just adjusting everything! Staff was awesome as well!

Would be nice If the office staff would've told me that they don't take my daughter's insurance before I drove 45 minutes from Dunnellon. Nice looking facility. Office staff completely uninformed. Go to the Chiropractic USA on 60th Avenue. Their staff is educated on the policies and insurances that are accepted and it's just as nice inside.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Casey and Dr. Amber, the staff is phenomenal and the office is extremely clean and full of good vibes.I feel like a million dollars after an adjustment with Dr. Casey. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing a chiropractor. They are THE BEST!!!!!
