This is our second trip to this spa. We travel down from near pa to treat ourselves. We get the couple's spa that lasts 60 minutes and is very reasonably priced. To start with the place is spotless, which I have to have. The ladies that do the massages are attentive to your every need making sure you are comfortable if the table is warm enough and ask you where it hurts. Then they get to work. I have a bad shoulder and neck and I am still pain free after my massage on Saturday today being Monday. When they are finished you just feel like melted butter. Tori and Nichole are our go to girls. We will be coming every other month to relax and pamper ourselves because frankly, we are worth it

I had a spinal fusion surgery in 2018. After about 10 months of physical therapy, which helped substantially, I was looking for additional treatment for ongoing pain related to the surgery and incision areas. I had heard that Graston could be beneficial for treating scar tissue and associated pain, so I decided to try The Spine Group, which is one of the few providers of Graston in this area. Dr. Lindsay discussed options with me, including Graston, laser therapy, and soft tissue work, and I began treatment. I'm several months into treatment, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Lindsay is amazing. I've had chiropractic manipulation in the past, years ago, but that doesn't compare to the treatment and expertise Dr. Lindsay provides. My pain has decreased significantly, and continues to improve weekly. The whole team is friendly and professional, and I would highly recommend The Spine Group!

When to urgent care for sciatic back pain. Attending physician recommended anti inflammatory and pain medication, which was totally ineffective. The pain was intense and aggravating. Driving my car and siting at my desk at work was nearly impossible. I made an appointment with Dr. Lindsay and when I arrived, the staff were very friendly and professional. Wonderful experience! This was my first visit to a chiropractor and I was more than a little nervous but Dr. Lindsay eased my anxiety and made me feel right at home. We talked and laughed and I felt completely comfortable in her care, as if she were an old friend and not my doctor. I have had excruciating lower back pain accompanied with tight hips, glutes and hamstrings for more than a month. I've been visiting Dr Lindsay for 3 weeks and I've seen a major improvement in my pain and mobility. Before Dr. Lindsay I have visited 2 more chiropractors and I had given up hope since there was minimal pain relief. Dr. Lindsay's therapy involves Transcutaneous Electric Nerve Stimulation, Heat, Deep tissue massages, bone adjustment and much more. She uses a holistic approach in pain management and recommended me exercises, stretches and posture assessment which made my recovery quick. The front office staff is amazing and ease you with insurance and all the necessary paperwork.
