Jake was a pregnancy lifesaver! I went for adjustments before and for the duration of my first pregnancy. He made sure everything was aligned for the best natural birth possible. He was even able to look at my back/pelvis and accurately predict the day I would go into labor! Very informative and great office atmosphere- receptionist is super nice! Trying to save you some time of doing insane amounts of research so hopefully a long review here will make your life easier by the success story of this chiropractor's great work. Finally found a truly superb, caring, and knowledgeable chiropractor to cure, not just treat, my back pain and sciatic nerve problems. But first, to be clear, I am one of those people that has to do a ton of research and read many, many reviews to find the absolute right doctor to treat me when I'm sick or, in this case, in pain. After all, it's my body and my health, which is truly important to me. There's so many choices that it can be just down right overwhelming to pick a really good chiropractor for back pain! If this review of finding a good chiropractor and why is too long for you to read time-wise, skip to the bottom for the short version. I have made the mistakes when I was younger to go to chiropractors that simply "crack your back" and make you feel good but don't actually help treat your pain. Good sales for them, bad for you. In comes Dr. Jacob Ross. Dr. Ross just is a win. You come in to a really kind, happy-feeling atmosphere where it is obvious people are not there to get a paycheck, but actually there to help. Rare to find people who care! Dr. Ross takes the time to ask questions and really discover what is truly hurting or in pain. I came in for back pains, which mostly were lower back, and sciatic traveling down the leg. But he really knows his stuff, as in the whole body! I actually had a sprained index finger from work where I could not really bend it at all (I do a lot of heavy lifting) and he knew just what to do to help. Anyway, I had gone in mostly because I had that shooting pain down the leg that generally comes from the sciatica. The kind that stings and makes you practically fall over. It was bad. I've read time and time again it is near impossible to treat. So the thing that really amazed me is Dr. Ross being so direct and open about what exactly is needed to make things better. And not just what I wanted to hear, but what I didn't want to hear (aka it's not going to be a one-visit fix). If it requires one visit, he'll say so. If it really needs five or perhaps ten visits, he'll say so and explain why. Which really is what I appreciate - the explanation, not just doing. I've had sciatic nerve pains for years and after the 8th visit, I haven't had the pain since! Now, keep in mind, I do tons of lifting at work, so this is one of those pains that has insisted on coming back. Nope. Not anymore. Just typical soreness after work now, no crazy pains. In short, want a chiropractor that is basically a superhero that makes pain go away and really knows his stuff? If you want to have the right chiropractor who first talks, then diagnoses, and finally treats with attentive care, Ross Get Healthy with Dr. Ross is the place to go for the best chiropractor in the area. I'd been searching for the best chiropractor near me for a long time. I'm so happy now and I'm certain you will be too.

Best ever! I've been to long physical therapy sessions and many doctors including neurology surgeons for the past two years for my neck injury. Coincidentally I've found Dr. Ross and just after the first week of adjustments I could feel the difference. The numbness on my arm and the excruciating pain I used to suffer at the of the day begun to fade away. It's been three months and I feel better than I did before the injury! Also, when you walk in you are treated like family rather than patient which is very rare these days! I highly recommend him, I wish I went to him right after the injury instead of PT.

Doctor Ross is fantastic. I had had neck, back, lower back, and rib pain for more than 14 years. I had been prescribed medications, and nothing worked very well or for very long. Doctor Ross was able to find the reason I felt pain in those exact areas, and he explained it to me so I understood. Dr. Ross is a rare treasure. It took me three long years (after moving here from California) to finally find a great chiropractor. I'm really picky and Dr. Ross met all of my criteria. Not only is he highly educated and trained, but he is a natural healer. First you are greeted by Eva at the front desk. Sweet, efficient and great with insurance and getting those necessary authorizations. There is a pretty and inviting waiting room though I have never had to wait a minute. You do not need to be afraid to go to Dr. Ross. He is not the kind of chiropractor who whacks and cracks your spine or neck. He uses gentle oscillating motions and pressure. You will find that you trust him. I have never felt afraid under his care. His amazing knowledge of human anatomy along with an intuitive sensibility as to what is ailing you and how fix it makes him the best chiropractor around. He has magic hands. I drive over an hour one way to see him, twice a week and it's worth it. I feel so much better!
