After this office had two days to review whether or not my insurance applied, I was informed AFTER I ARRIVED, the "insurance girl" (their words) had not had the time to check my coverage, so they would just charge me as a specialist (basically overcharge me) and if they found out later my insurance applied, they'd send me a refund, or I could just reschedule and wait for the "insurance girl" to get around to checking my coverage, which is EXACTLY what someone wants to hear when they're experiencing a back emergency. This is the WORST customer service imaginable, especially in a medical environment. - completely inflexible and unsympathetic: "either we over charge you, or go screw yourself." Nice. Who in the world would want someone this callous and unsympathetic working on their spine? This horrendous service may have been the biggest stroke of good fortune I ever experienced.

My wife has had ongoing neck and back issues for a long time. Recently moved to the area. Haven't had a second to find a new chiro yet. She wakes up in excruciating pain. I need to get her adjusted yesterday. I call this place begging for help. "Well sir we don't do adjustments on the first visit, I can get you a consult?" Okay shes supposed to sit around suffering unable to move her head at all for however long (most likely a good week) while you guys screw around. Not acceptable. Go somewhere else.
