I wish I lived closer! I got cryotherapy as a gift on group on. From making the appointment, to getting set up, through the entire treatment the staff was awesome. This is a well run place with great offerings and a wonderful staff. Josie took my call and greeted me when I got there, friendly and professional. The entire staff was A+

This has been my first experience with acupuncture and cupping. Though I still get adjusted, I can’t ever see myself going without my visits to see Dr. Miller. She is informative, professional and I would recommend her to anyone, whether you have tried acupuncture/ cupping or not. If you haven’t, it is a must!

I was visiting in Newark, Delaware [ from Maine] when my lower back went out making me stand crooked with one hip higher then the other. I called First State Health and Wellness to check availability and they got me in within a few hours. My beginning pain level was a 7 and within 3 visits it was down to a 1. Let me tell you, these guys really rock big time!

I'm a 62 year old marathoner and Dr. Cohen has done wonders getting me to the starting line for my races. Before going to First State I had back issues related to the running. His treatments got me back on track and I'm on a monthly maintenance program now that is perfect for preventive care.

This review is for the Brandywine location. I was anti Chiropractic care for many years because of people telling me "it doesn't work" or "you will always have to repeatedly come back." After complaining to my wife about back pain day after day and being anti pain pills she forced me to go First State Health & Wellness. I started off a skeptic, but after talking to Dr. Miller and Dr. Kondrad they helped me understand the science behind it. After multiple months of care my back pain went from unbearable all the way to nonexistent. Dr. Miller and Dr. Kondrad are extremely well gifted in what they do. They have helped me to make a miraculous recovery. I never dreamed of being pain free, but thanks to First State Health and Wellness I can live my life without limitation!
