I love all the doctors and staff at Experience chiropractic. Over the years Dr Eric has cured all my sports injury woes and put me back together. The staff is always courteous and accommodating. Not only do I go there, I send my own patients to them, especially my pregnant patients who I know will get the best care from the highly experienced, knowledgeable and qualified staff. I am always seen at or shortly after my appointment time and always seen in case of chiropractic emergency care. What I also love about them is their honesty. When you are done, you are done, there are no superfluous treatment plans and care is appropriate for you and your condition. They care about the patients first and foremost. I never felt taken advantage of like I have at other practices, only well taken care of.

Experience Chiropractic feels like home to me. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Dr. Eric is the bomb!! I am 69 years old and have suffered with Fibromyalgia, Scoliosis which made my hip pop out all the time, and a bad neck disc. I was in constant pain. I met Dr. Eric about 4 yrs. ago and as long as I stay on maintenance, I have no pain. Really, no pain!! Dance, run, ride my motorcycle, whatever I want. After seeing on this site that someone left a one star review about this practice, I had to say something. I've been a patient of both Drs. Nemchenko since they started in practice--before they had their own practice. I have never received anything but the very best care from both them and their staff. When they began their own practice, they consistently hired truly competent and compassionate people. It is the foundation upon which their practice runs. This is has been true for the 20 years I've been their patient. Throughout those years, I've had ample opportunity to observe how they treat their patients and have never seen anything less than courteous, professional, compassionate care.

Practice did not treat me with respect. I was late for my first appointment due to the locator map on their website being incorrect and they gave me attitude for being late. I have sent them a copy of the web page in question to prove their site is wrong. Even worse, they refused to treat me, despite being in pain, at the office, unable to walk properly, because I did not have a driver's license. I don't drive, so I don't have one. They would not accept credit card and insurance card as proof of ability to pay, nor the concept of texting a copy of ID when I got home, or providing it on a followup visit. I have been treated at other doctors' very professionally despite not having a drivers' license. Not at this practice. I would avoid this practice if being treated with respect or compassion when in pain is important to you.

I’m a retired chiropractic doctor. Dr. R. Eric Brennan has been treating me since February of this year. Four years ago I was hit in the jaw during a kick-boxing demonstration. I've been going to this spot for years. When I first went 3-4yrs ago I could barely move around. I'm a professional detailer. Have a car wash as well in always on my feet. Up and down all over for 12 hour plus shifts 6-7days a week. If it wasn't for Dr.Eric and his team I wouldnt be able to continue doing what I love to do. I've sent several of my employees and friends there. I had to take 12yrs of of my bowling because of the pain now I can bowl again. Also got my 9th perfect game a 300 because of Experience Chiropractor. You have pain go see the ones than can keep you game

I love going to KOP Family Wellness because of the friendly environment and quality care! The staff members act like family and offer to hold babies. There is a private room for moms to nurse their little ones or change a diaper. The tingling in my hands has gone away and my neck pain has improved tremendously!

Highly recommend giving Dr. Eric a try to anyone experiencing TMJ pain! For me he's been a lifesaver! I felt better almost right away. Describing this practice as family-friendly is an understatement. They are so considerate in making it possible for even moms of young children like me (with 2 under 2) to come and get treatment by holding the baby and entertaining my toddler. So thankful for this practice and the way it's run! Edited to add: I recently had another chiropractic issue that was not TMJ related and the only thing that helped was seeing Dr. Eric. He is legit a superhero! Highly recommend!

Doctor practice is very nice, but had to spend a lot of time to deal with human billing errors. Very negative experience with billing department as info I received was inconsistent from the reality. The office made the correction after I reported this to the office management, good to see that! Any ways to prevent from happening again?

I am so thankful that I did because Dr. Eric Brennan was able to fix a back/hip issue of mine that I had been dealing with for years.
