I began my experience at Middletown chiropractic shadowing Dr. Ennis. While I was shadowing him I realized how effective he was on his patients. Many of the patients had an increased amount of strength, increased amount of mobility, alleviated symptoms, and improved posture. Since I had first hand experience witnessing Dr.Ennis treat his patients, I decided to become one of his patients. Initially I could tell that Dr.Ennis possessed a very genuine spirit and strong motivation to improve my symptoms. He educated me on the three phases of spinal degeneration and informed me of the symptoms of each phase. We reviewed my x-rays, measured the curvature of my spine, and discovered where I had subluxations. I have been receiving treatment for 3 weeks and I have noticed a great amount of improvement. My muscles feel looser and my tightness has decreased. Dr. Ennis focuses on aligning my spine by providing spinal adjustments. He also uses a special technique called graston to break up broken scar tissue in my trapezius and rhomboid muscles. Dr,Ennis is very talented because he is able to target my myofascial trigger points in my sub scapulars and teres minor muscles. Thankfully Dr.Ennis has provided me with a posture pump to increase the curvature of my spine and a foam wedge to improve traction. There are a variety of stretches that he has shown me to strengthen my sore muscles. His office is very clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and welcoming . All of the staff members greet me when I come in and leave. I am very pleased with the treatment Dr. Ennis has been providing for me. As a chiropractic healthcare professional, Dr. Ennis is dedicated towards fully improving all of his patients musculoskeletal system.

Really poor experience in customer service. Although an excellent chiropractor. They did not want to process my secondary insurance because it was too complicated and they don't have the time to do it. When I came to my second appointment my doctor was not prepared with the analysis of my x-rays and had only pulled up three of them, while the other five or so were still in the software they use. When I kept insisting they process both of my insurance cards, the doctor went to get the administrative person who said "ugh I rather talk to the insurance companies" rather than the patient was the implication (she did not know the door was open). It is really a shame, I don't want to write this, but hopefully this can trigger change. Because they have a lot of potential, their equipment is amazing and the doctors know a lot. But none of that means anything if you put the patient, who is already in pain, in more grief because you don't feel like doing the administrative part of the job to get you paid.
