I went on a recommendation from a friend who is also a client. I was suffering from sever pain in my lower back which turned out to be pressure pushing down on my sciatic never. When I say pain I mean pain. Dr. Jenna recognized the issue right away and began treatment. After the 3rd consecutive day I felt great relief. Within a weeks time I was me again. With out them I don’t know what I would of done. I now attended once a month every month just for adjustments and to make sure I’m in tune... I know every person is different when it comes to pain and issues no two people are a like I’m just greatful they corrected my problem. If your having issues I strongly suggest giving them a chance to get you back to you.

I am actually in shock that there are not more complaints on the review section. This is the very first chiropractic office I have ever visited. Needless to say, a bad experience. I will not be returning. I just recently got into a car accident and am in desperate need of a chiro for my back and neck. My lawyer referred me to Back in action. I had my second appointment at 9am. I sat and waited until 10am!! And the doctor has yet to even step foot into the door. I asked the secretary how much longer he would be, she says “unfortunately, he is unpredictable.” No apologies or anything.. unpredictable?? Seriously??? If patients were “unpredictable”, we would not be seen. I sat back down and another patient asked me if I was waiting for the guy doctor I say “yes”. He goes on to tell me how this happens all the time and how he’s fed up and he walks out and didn’t even reschedule. I was so upset at this point I went back up and asked if they could call him and she says she already did and there was no answer, yet I’ve been sitting in front of her the whole time and only heard her make 2 phone calls and they were to patients assurring their appointments. Needless to say I am changing my lawyer and chiro.

First time I used in store pickup, went rather well. Security guy at front door politely directed me to pick up area, no one in line! Bonus! Clerk checked my ID and credit card (required) , brought up the TV and scanned it several times, "would you like a 3 year extended.." Reminding him that if I had wanted it I would have bought it online also, but I suppose they have to ask. "email receipt?" I replied to the affirmative, picked up my liitle 32" Sharp and out the door I went. Probably less than 15 minutes.....excellent!

Great full service office with friendly, caring staff. They offer traction, massage, and a herbologist along with chiropractic adjustments. In addition, they have Saturday morning hours. They accept medicade and if you don't have insurance, the services are all very affordable.

A post accident referral brought me here. Dr C fixed me up better than before the auto accident! Never believed in Chiropractics but I don't trust Rx/meds. I must start off by saying the staff at Back In Action is sublime. Always prompt answers to my phone calls and fast in and out service when I have a busy day. Now with that aside, I was diagnosed almost a year ago with Spasmodic torticollis in my neck and i have been on a long, hard journey to find ways to releave the pain and tension. When the symptoms first started to occur I met Dr. chandler and he had me set an appointment to get evaluated and from there I’ve been making as many appointments as I can with my busy schedule. The main thing I liked with dr. Chandlers ideology is he didn’t beat around the bush. He informed me there’s no cure for what I have but he strongly believe regular chiropractic adjustments would relieve the issues at hand. The honesty helped me come to terms with my problem, and the adjustments have been great. Every time I go in I feel so much better then I did. I can honestly say back in action has helped me get over this “wall” called pain. I highly recommend if you have any neck or spine issues in general to get evaluated with them.
