I visited this place due to severe back pain from my pregnancy. I want to give them 2 stars because they got rid of the pain but the experience was not great. They performed a procedure where they look at the heat in your back to better see where the pain is coming from without letting me know it wasn't covered by my insurance first. It seemed pointless to me too because if they just listened to what I had to say instead of trying to impress me with their technology and equipment I wouldn't have been out $100 I was not expecting to pay. Then when it came time to adjust there was no privacy and I felt like just another number to them and not an actual patient. Then to top it off he started to try to sell chiropractic options for my baby! I was so upset because I was unsatisfied as his patient and not feeling like my needs were being met and couldn't imagine having my baby (who was unborn) need Chiropractoc adjustments. I am sure he is a wonderful person but the way he ran his business made it uncomfortable, unsatisfactory, and just a negative experience. I had to find another place soon after too because the back pain returned.

couldnt recommed them pretty obvious a heavy emphasis on multiple patients and multiple visits, typical let the associate help to take on more cases . gives chiropractors a bad rap. looking for a treatment program before a cause is found . ( Shame)

I went to see Dr. Piana for back pain due to a car accident a few years back. His treatment consisted of a quick adjustment and one minute on a machine, 5-8 minutes tops. After a month or two of treatment, I informed Dr. Piana that my pain was getting bad, I suggested maybe I should see a Dr. for testing and some medication. His response was, "You want drugs? You should be feeling better by now, I cant help you with that." So i stuck with the treatment. After complaining for a month about the pain, he finally reffered me for an MRI. The MRI results, said my pain was being caused by a pinched nerve on my back. He immediately changed his tune and tried to come up with more and better options for treatment. I am no Doctor, but in my opinion, way too late. I said thanks, but no thanks. I shouldn't have to convince my Dr I should be taken seriously. Switched to Kocis Chiropractor and saw, but better yet felt a night and day difference. Doctors should listen to their patients, specially when requesting further testing.

For years, I suffered with awful migraine headaches and back pain from constantly working on my feet for extended periods of time. Since being adjusted by Dr. Piana I have not had 1 migraine headache (before I'd get at least 2 per week) & my back pain is nearly non existent at this point. Not only is he an amazing chiropractor but he genuinely cares for all his patients! I highly recommend Dr. Piana if you are looking for a great chiropractor! 10/10
