I came to Stamford Sports & Spine about a year and a half ago. At that time I had very excruciating lower back pain, neck & knee. Since I've been coming for treatment my progress has increased dramatically. I definitely recommend that if your looking into natural healing without the use of drugs. Stamford Sports and Spine is definitely your natural healer. I'm very happy with their services.

I have been going to Stamford Sports and Spine for the past 3 months and I love them! They are super professional and very caring to make sure they accommodate the patients needs. This is a great chiropractor's office and modern physical therapy office. The Doctor and team work with you to improve your health and quality of life! They're skillful and compassionate in aiding in the recovery process and they do it without the use of a lot of harmful chemicals or unnecessary surgeries. If Humpty Dumpty had this team after his great fall they could've put Humpty Dumpty together again(Nursery Rhyme). Lol..

Couldn't be more satisfied in my experience with these guys and gals. Went in for a strain that wouldn't go away for over a month. Within a half hour of my first visit they'd taken x-rays, done a full exam and found the issue immediately which turned out to be a pinched nerve. They gave me an adjustment shortly after and I walked out pain-free, I couldn't believe it. I've been going about three times a week since for massage's and stim treatment and I have never waited in their waiting room! Couldn't give this place higher praise, this is your place!

Stamford Sports and Spine is by far the most professional and wonderful chiropractic office I have been too. After a ten year search, I have finally found everything I am looking for with them. The staff is wonderful, kind, sweet and caring. I have nothing but great things to say about Stamford Sports & Spine. I had never had any back issues until around last October, when I woke up one day and could hardly move. I called SSS, and they were able to get me in immediately to see Dr. Zomick. I have been going for adjustments and physical therapy ever since. Similar to other reviewers, I have never had to spend a second in the waiting room. Additionally, the staff are very personable. They actively listen and work to fix the issues you are facing.

Dr. Zomick cares about his patients deeply and is highly accomplished as a chiropractor. At my first appointment, he took his time to go through my complex medical history and developed a course of action that included various pain management strategies. His knowledge in the field never ceases to amaze me, as he is always trying out new techniques. My treatment plan consists of electrical stims, a hydrotherapy massage bed, massage, adjustments, and stretches. Dr. Z and his experienced staff are approachable and helpful, always making sure that I feel comfortable at all times. Rhea is a dedicated chiropractic assistant that is remarkable. She has restored range of motion in my neck and gives me more exercises to try at every visit. After 15 years of suffering, I can finally say I am living with a major reduction of pain and better posture. I am so thankful to have found a place like Stamford Sports & Spine. It is truly an exemplary practice that succeeds at creating a warm and caring environment for all patients.

I came to SS&S because it was a convenient location to me. I have suffered lower back problems for many years and it was getting so bad I couldn't stand or walk for 10 minutes without feeling pain and numbness on my legs. After a few visits to SS&S, my pain and numbness are completely gone and we are working on strengthening the area so the problems don't come back. Dr. Z, Dave and Rhea are really nice people. I am not pressured in any way to leave a positive review but I must. Every member on the staff, from the doctor to the receptionist, is polite. They work quickly and even the two times I've been really late they've gotten me taken care of with no wait. I've worked with each person and they are all great. I was in a car accident on I-95 about 4 years ago and have been having trouble with my mid-back ever since. I tried many different options, from months of PT to acupuncture, and even other chiropractors, but nothing provided me with much relief. I am now 3 in sessions with Dr. Zomick and the staff at Stamford Sports & Spine, and I am feeling hopeful for some real recovery for the first time since 2015. My mid-back is startlingly less painful, and I finally feel like I can stand up straight without it feeling unnatural for the first time in years. I am going to continue my treatment here, and hope things continue like this. Excellent progress in such a short period of time. I am very excited about continuing to see progress. Highly recommend.

I have had knee/lower back for several years and over this time, I have been to several doctors - chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturist, ... etc but no one had been able to provide sustained treatment. I eventually visited Stamford Sports and Spine in January 2015 after having read their reviews. In general, I don't go by reviews as it is hard to tell on the internet if the reviews are indeed genuine or otherwise. But having tried all options, I decided to visit Stamford Sports and Spine. If it didn't help, it would just be yet another option I tried to relieve my chronic pain. Within a week of treatment, I started noticing changes. After having visited them for some time, I can confidently say that this place is genuine and it works - for the first time in years I have received treatment that has truly benefited my conditions and helped me live pain-free when so many other expensive and well-known options had not worked. They have been caring, compassionate, taken my concerns to heart and provided me a genuine level of care showing that they did not just treat you as a patient from whom they will benefit monetarily but someone for whom they really care for. Stamford Sports and Spine has been a one-stop facility - they provide a well-rounded range of services - most of which I have availed of and includes acupuncture, physical therapy and chiropractor services. The receptionist (Michelle) always greet me by my name everyday the moment I arrive and the doctors and therapists have always been caring and nice. I feel that I must tell others about this because I have experienced this first-hand. I cannot say whether everyone will have the same experience, but from my personal experience and as far as my condition is concerned and the way they have treated me, I can safely say that they have been by far the most caring and effective treatment I have received and I wish I had visited this place long before. Dr. Z and Dr. Dave have done an excellent job helping me manage my sciatica, an issue that I have had since high school.
