I have been coming to Dr. Day for just about a year now, I was in a bad car accident years ago and went to other chiropractors and was told I have plateaued and would have to deal with my chronic migraines every day. It was normal to just deal with it, however, since coming to see Dr. Day my migraines have become less frequent and I mean I have them maybe once every other week verses everyday! The staff is so friendly and inviting. I highly recommend this office.

He is sensitive to new chiropractic patients, as he has this gift of putting people at ease before an adjustment. Appointment changes are never an issue here, as Dr. Day and his staff are more than flexible with my ever changing work schedule. I know five other people who are treated by Dr. Day and they all say the same thing, "He is amazing."

As a busy working mother, I wasn’t sure how I would fit chiropractic care into my schedule, but the office runs so efficiently that I am in and out in 10-15 minutes. The office opens at 7 am, so you can squeeze in an appointment before you start your day. From the moment you enter, you are greeted with smiles, good music, and a clean and inviting atmosphere. Where should I start?? I have gone to him a few years back and he helped me tremendously. I recently came back with whiplash and some lumbar pain and spasms this week. I don't how he did it but I walked out after one session in zero pain!! I don't know if he has special powers but he's got skill! Awesome staff, clean office and exam rooms. Complete professionalism and care. Don't waste your time with other doctors that make false promises. He is the best!!! I am completely satisfied and going to continue to get treatment from him and recommend him to everyone!

I was first introduced to this office when we were offered free 10 minutes massages at work. It was an awesome massage, followed by a quick consult for chiropractic care. At the time I had been getting headaches/sometimes awful migraines for months and months. I made my initial appointment on spot. I have been going to see Dr. Day for adjustments for over a year now and my headaches have dwindled down significantly. From the second you walk into the office, it's an amazing experience. From the girls greeting you, to the smiling faces to Dr. Day and Lori chatting with you. I'm thankful everyday that my job decided to have free massages. I would have never thought about getting adjustments for headaches, and I'm glad I chose to stick with it.

I was unsure of chiropractic therapy, i went in to the office because my husband scheduled me an apt (i was pregnant and couldn’t walk or get up from bed alone without assistance due to lower back and pelvis pain) First off the staff is amazing, they are super friendly and personable, Dr Day is caring, gentle and knowledgeable, i love how they teach you about what’s going on before they go in and adjust. After my first adjustment i felt relief immediately, and guess what?! It didn’t hurt. If you are in pain i 100% recommend going in to see Dr Day. He is a miracle worker !

Never really understanding what chiropractic was all about Dr.Day and his staff educated me with tons of amazing useful inspirational information! Long story short. I herniated L4, L5 discs lower lumbar and couldn't walk. Now I can walk beautifully. Highly recommended. Dr. Day and the staff are awesome. Back specialist wanted to give me pills or potential surgery. Sovita Chiropractic Center in Waterbury saved me from that.
