Once my baby was born, we drove straight from the hospital to her office before going home for adjustments for the whole family :)

Recently moved to town and was looking for a local chiropractor after 30 years of chiropractic care in another town. Went to see Dr. Lee after a fall and had to go through a big run around to get a consultation and an adjustment on the same day. Paid for the consult where she analyzed my spine and had me watch a short film about what chiropractic care is, even though I am already well aware of that. Went back later in the day to watch another film and for her to tell me I was crooked, which I already knew because I was in pain. She recommended 12 visits, 2 weeks at 3 times a week, 2 weeks at 2 times a week and 2 weeks at once a week, which sounded reasonable to me until I was informed they only billed you once a month for all your visits (they very carefully get your credit card information when you first arrive) and asked me to sign a document comfirming I would pay for this and saying they had my permission to charge my card. I hesitated a little since I had never had an adjustment from Dr Lee and wanted to at least see what her adjustments were like before I panned out over $500. She explained that talking about money is "icky" and getting this out of the way ahead of time made the office run more efficiently. I said I would need to run this by my husband and was then informed I could take the paperwork home with me but she would not adjust me until it was signed. So in addition to wasting 1/2 hour filling out paperwork prior to my consultation, another 1/2 hour being analyzed as to what was wrong with my spine to the tune of $55 (I allegedly got a "bargain" because I had been recommended by another patient) and another 1/2 hour playing let's make a deal in order to get an adjustment, I opted to leave. So with driving time, that is over 2 hours of my life I wasted plus I am still walking around in pain, plus paid $55 for nothing. Curious as to what happened to Drs wanting to help and heal people. Guess it's all about the almighty dollar. Don't get caught up with this one, you'll be sorry. There are more caring chiropractors in the world, find one of them.

I'm astonished with Dr. Liz! She is nothing but helpful, I went for my first appointment & she made sure I would be a good candidate for chiropractic care. (Some may or may not need it) Sure enough I need it & she has been more than accommodating to needs & to my work schedule! She does not except husky (which I have) but she signed me up for Chiro USA to cheapen the expenses while in her care. I couldn't be more excited to regain my health & for my back pain to finally be out at bay!

I have been suffering from sciatica for a few months. I Googled "best chiropractor in Milford,CT". Rumley Family Chiropractic popped up with 5 stars. I made an appointment with Lee. My first visit was a comprehensive evaluation of my symptoms. Subsequent visits have been gentle, exact adjustments for relieving my pain. Lee gave me some simple exercises to do for continued relief and explained that icing would help too. Lee is an amazing chiropractor, she listens carefully, she is efficient and always on time. She also has a beautiful new office.

What a great experience! Dr. Rumley is professional, honest, kind, and reliable. After going to a chiropractor for years and not seeing many results, my wife suggested that I try this office around the corner from our house. From the beginning, Dr. Rumley explained that she assesses all of her patients and honestly let's them know if she can help them. She actually said that if in the end she felt that she would not be of help, that she could point me in the right direction of someone who could. After the initial evaluation, we set up a plan of healing. Dr. Rumley is a believer that "less is more". She does not give crazy, massive adjustments. She is constantly measuring, assessing, and talking you through the process. I am halfway through my treatment and I feel great! She truly knows what she is doing and is passionate about helping her community to feel better! I would recommend anyone that is thinking of seeing a chiropractor to go see Dr. Rumley. Even if it is just a conversation, she is extremely knowledgeable and she will give you an honest opinion!
