Found it inconceivable to think that Cynthia, the receptionist at Dr Rocchios Office, could ever be anything but kind, compassionate, caring and extremely helpful! Been a patient of Dr. Rocchios for close to 6 years! He and his Staff (YES Cynthia included), have always given me exceptional care, gone above and beyond time and again to accommodate my chaotic schedule! Thank you Dr Scott for keeping me upright and going against all odds- And Cynthia for bringing your bright smile and personality to Dr Scotts Office too!!!

Cynthia the receptionist is a rude and unhelpful. I called to simply verify the address and she began to berate me, she started to talk over me, and got loud enough that the other people I was in the room with could hear her and how she was talking down to me. So just going to say this is one of the worst receptionist I have ever spoken to. I wish I could give this place negative stars.

I'm not happy at all, even though I had precancer which was known, they tried to get me in for xrays just to make money - a chiropractic scam. It was supposedly because it had been too long between visits (one month?). I HATE LIARS! I have been a patient for years and he seems to have been happy to see me go. Buyer beware. I also feel I was not always being properly adjusted so I would have to come back in for another visit. I was in pain and he refused to treat me until he had done the x-rays. Still in pain now because I won't be medically bullied

I have been seeing Dr. Rocchio for the past 7 years, through my pregnancy and afterward. My son has also been going to him since he was a baby. He is well educated and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him.
