Although the " doctors " are very friendly , this practice is a one adjustment fits all Mass assembly line . There are no private rooms for adjustments . Everything is done out in the open where everyone is either being treated or waiting to be seen . The doctors are very rushed literally going from one person to the next . You will wait 15 to 20 minutes to be seem and then your adjustment will take literally a minute , maybe 2 . Everyone gets exactly the same adjustment technique no matter what your issue is . It is evident that this practice is a blending of Christian beliefs systems ( with Biblical wall art , christian rock music in the back ground and non stop talk of Gods design of your body ) and an overwhelming " Love Bomb " feel good vibe that draws people in . If your looking for true Chiropractic help ... go elsewhere . This place embodies the " maximized Living " philosophy . More cult then clinic !

One of the chiros told me that I needed to stop exercising or else would be paralyzed within 2 years. I can’t believe any medical professional would ever say this to a patient. That is absolute negligence by him and needs to actually learn about evidence based practice

My wife and I have been going to ProHealth Chiropractic Center for over seven years now. They have been very informing to us on so many different areas like: shopping with the doctor - which makes you aware of labels for good health. Adjustments which has help me when I had a shoulder problem and no doctor could help but give me pain medications that I really didn't want to take. Helping my wife in with her high blood pressure and almost off her pills. And also has help in loosing weight. I would recommend ProHealth Chiropractic Center for keeping you healthy . The docs are there to listen to your needs and help in anyway they can. Dr. Sousa has also come to my home and helped a friend at their home when they couldn't make it to the office. Dr. Autumn and the team have been helpful in more ways than one could imagine.

Careful , Do your research ! I started here early on in their practice and went for over a year and a half . Over time Pro Health Chiropractic ( Dr. Sousa / Valov ) became connected with the "Maximized Living " franchise owned by Ben Lerner ( Body by God ). Suddenly their was a shift to a pseudo religious philosophy that they were on a mission from God to change the world .( Don't believe me ? Why do they hold their " makeovers" in Churches or reference God at all in their seminars ? ) They went from being open minded about other nutritional products ... to selling and pushing only " maximized living " vitamins and supplements as being the very best! They went from being low pressure easy going to very pushy. Often Dr. Vasco would openly deride a patients lack of progress in front of observers ... blaming their stagnant progress on their unwillingness to embrace the " 5 essentials "!!! which includes of course buying their supplements, attending their workshops and committing financially to a adjustment every other day! Speaking of financials : they will absolutely rope you into a " payment plan " that will hit your credit card every month for your visits charging for them even if you missed one. They will often recommend additional visits in order to " clear you " of some subluxation , or obstacle. What they wont tell you is that they will rack up these " extra " visits and then wack your credit card for them all at once , blindsiding you. They are master manipulators! They will early on form a very personable connection with you that seems to be very sincere but deviate from their " prescribed " plan ... and you will feel the wrath ! In the end this( and all Maximized Living ) chiropractors are Trained to be good salesman, marketers ,and emotional manipulators. In fact , ask them what they learn at all the Maximized Living Seminars they attend monthly and you will get a vague answer that tells you very little. Only once did Doctor Sousa slip up and say that they learn how to motivate people ,how to help them become part of the movement , how to grow their business and how to handle finances . It has nothing to do with exceptional chiropractic ! Do this : Go for your first visit . here's exactly what will happen 1) they will ask if you are married and have children . They will tell you that you all HAVE to come together . 2) you all will have an examination 3) you will be invited to come back another day to review the results 3) that day you will be forced to sit through a seminar that essentially explains why " everyone " needs to be adjusted regularly in order to have their body in optimum healing condition the way " GOD INTENDED " and " Not in a State of Disease " . In fact they will claim that they personally have CURED Cancer , MS . Arthritis , Autism , ADD , ADHD , Depression , Heart Disease and so much more !!! Really they make these claims ! They will even tell you to stop taking ALL your medications ! 4) you will have a private explanation of your x rays after the " Show " ... and low and behold you will " ALL " ( young and old ) need to be adjusted asap .... starting that night . 4) they will direct you to someone to work out a Payment plan for the prescribed adjustments 5) you will be " LOVE BOMBED " and feel very connected to both " Doctors " feeling that they care for you personally ! But ...Do this : Tell them that you are not sure if you are willing to follow through with the plan . Say you are sceptical . Watch the change in how they treat you ... right off the bat . Maximized Living is high pressure , assembly line Chiropractic where " Everyone " has the same issue and EVERYONE gets much the same treatment ! An adjustment literally lasts 30 seconds ... 1 minute tops . Although I do believe Doctor Sousa and Doctor Valov started out sincerely believing in helping others ...they themselves have become indoctrinated in this thought and behavior control " cult like " business called " Maximized Living " . Too Bad ! ( Google Maximized living - or experience the 5 things above )

THE DOCTORS AT PRO HEALTH CHIROPRACTICARE AMAZING!! YOU MUST READ MY STORY! About 3 ½ years ago I began to have migraines. Not just headaches-as one might think. But full blown, my head in a vice-pain in my neck, behind my eyes-I couldn’t even touch my hair because it would hurt so much. My skin, my scalp my face-IT all felt like someone was jack hammering into my head. This excruciating pain was so bad that I couldn’t speak, couldn’t open my eyes or think clearly. When they first started on more than one occasion I asked my husband to take me to the emergency room thinking there was something in my head causing this much pain. They put me on morphine or diluadin with multiple doses that didn’t help. I went to Headache specialists, neurologists, received cat scans, MRI’s, Nerve tests, Physical therapy, massage, medication after medication, DR after DR even other chiropractors! No one was able to figure out what was going on. I stopped working out, gained 30 pounds and my free time was spent in bed. My husband always supportive was feeling frustrated in not being able to help me. 3-5 times a week I was in so much pain and anguish that i also became depressed. I felt as though I was out of options and thought I might actually have to live the rest of my life like this. That is when someone told my husband about Dr Sousa and Dr Vasco. I thought I have to try-I had nothing to lose. After my first adjustment-the strange feelings in my ears went away. That week I didn’t have a migraine. 3 weeks went by still no headaches. It has now been 4 months and I have had maybe 4 headaches! They saved my sanity!!! If you want to know more just see them. They offer free dinners on Monday nights (call to find out more). YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE!!

This Chiropractor practice is not for someone who wants, or needs a personal doctor/patient relationship. Up to 15 patients quietly wait for the doctor to come out and adjust them, and it's done mass-production style. Completely no privacy; the other 14 patients can see you on the bench. There;s no talking to the doctor as the "same adjustments are the same for everyone". And your insurance is being billed while you wait for the doctor, because your doing stretching and strengthening exercises. But no one tells you that. My wife and I were caught up in this, and being Christians loved the Christian music that was always playing. But treating the majority with the same, identical adjustments is very non-professional, and as my wife says, a scam.

PROHealth Chiropractic has truly helped me in my day to day life. My wife began her treatments before I did and through her success it encouraged me to try it out as well. I spend 1100-1400 miles a week in the car for work and it was very uncomfortable. Through a thorough spinal correction period and now undergoing a constant maintenance routine, I can proudly say the services are great and life changing. I have heard and read about concerns of the doctors just "pumping out the patients" or "there is no privacy", but be assured that in any event either Dr. Sousa or Dr. Autumn will adjust you in private and discuss anything you'd like one on one, you just have to ask. I have experienced and grown in a personal relationship with the office and appreciate the consideration they have. Keep up the great work!

Love PROHEALTH Chiropractic. Dr. Sousa is an amazing doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable beyond just spinal care. I have better nutrition, and am off all anxiety medication. PROHealth Chiropractic center has changed my families lives! This practice takes care of your TOTAL health not just your back. I have learned so much about living a healthier lifestyle by the way I eat, exercise, and even how to adjustment my mindset. My adjustments keep my spine in optimal health so that my body can heal itself from the inside out! I started with Dr. Vasco and Dr. Sousa a year ago now. I had digestive issues as well as anxiety. A year later I am medication free and feeling great through my adjustments and follow up care with Dr. Sousa on managing and healing my anxiety!! My son had a surgical wound when he started care that wouldn't heal. He had it for over a year and multiple surgeons and wound specialists weren't able to close the wound. 3 months into care with PROhealth and my son's wound was completely healed! There is no denying these results. Walking into the office is like walking into a sanctuary. It is so peaceful, everyone is always happy to see you and you are able to get in and out and on with your day quickly. My morning adjustments are one of my favorite ways to start my day. I can't say enough about this practice or what Dr. Sousa and Dr. Vasco have done to change me and my family's lives.
