I would highly recommend Dr. Lou to anyone seeking relief from pain. He is extremely kind and generous with his time and focus. I was quite anxious about my injury, and about being at a chiropractor’s office, and he was so understanding and comforting, taking the time to explain everything. I never felt that my questions were silly, that I was taking up too much of his time, or that my feelings of anxiety weren’t valid. He relieved my physical pain as well as the worry I have had as a result of my injury. I also would like to mention that I had a great experience speaking with Eric to schedule my first appointment. He was patient with my explanation of what I’ve been experiencing & with my many questions, and was quick to help me with insurance inquiries and schedule me in for an appointment the next morning. Everyone I have encountered in my experience has been extremely pleasant and helpful & I can’t express my gratitude enough.

What a blessing I found Lou Cofrancesco. A true healer, an uplifting human. I look forward to my appointments. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The office is calming. There's plenty of parking and the text/email appointment reminders are helpful. Everyone needs a little Cofrancesco in their life.

If I could give 0 stars I would, 0 stars for the staff not the chiropractor. I never even got to see the chiropractor so I obviously can't rate him. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by customer service/office staff, etc. in my life! ERIC SHOULD BE FIRED for his bad attitude and astonishingly unprofessional and downright rude behavior! I made an appointment yesterday with Eric at after 4pm, less than an hour before they close and the appt was scheduled for this morning. I specifically asked if they would accept my Groupon and he said yes. This morning I called to say I was running late to my appointment and Eric literally BERATED me over the phone! He exclaimed that I needed to give notice and that it isn't fair, he could've filled my spot with someone else. Then I very nicely and calmly reminded him that I made the appt yesterday afternoon (less than an hour before closing) so how could I give notice for an appt in the am? On a side note- how could he have found someone else in less than an hour to come in the next morning? He talked down to me and scolded me harshly, the way an adult scolds a child. I can't help but think that he felt free to speak to me in such a condescending tone because I have a young sounding female voice. I seriously doubt he would've spoken to a man like that. I spoke kindly and apologetically, and explained that I was coming from far away (I had already driven 40 min at that point). I said I was sorry and asked to reschedule. In response Eric told me that he would not reschedule me. He refused to reschedule me! (That's a first for me!) He exclaimed exactly "you're blowing us off!" I'm literally not allowed to ever go there because in his exact words "we were doing you a favor letting you use a Groupon and you're coming here late!" He exclaimed it twice! If a patient using a Groupon makes him that angry then this chiropractor should not be on the Groupon site to begin with. I called Groupon and filed a complaint. Groupon credited me the amount I paid and said they will take action and contact the office. I very rarely write reviews but I was wronged and I should speak up. GOOD LUCK to anyone who has to deal with Eric, he is clearly a miserable man who takes out his aggression on others.

Dr Lou is the best and truly amazing!!! Because of him, I can lead a pretty normal life without having surgery and putting in all kinds of rods and screws. There is no doubt that he 100% helps me!!! He is even seeing all my kids regularly (ages 14, 12, 10 & 4) to keep their spines healthy to prevent them from issues when older since they are involved in many sports and very rough on their bodies.
