Deffently the most effective chiropractor I’ve been to. On the first day they took X-rays of my spine so they can see what was wrong with me and treat me accordingly, then after 30 treatments X-rays where taken again. I was able to see the progress that was done in a relatively short time, let alone feel the progress. I would no doubt recommend Casey Chiropractic to any one.

Really can't say enough good things about this practice. Everyone knows your name when you stop in. The medical assistants are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Casey and Dr. Basler are extremely knowledgeable and care very much for their patients. You'll get a very thorough initial consultation and plenty of individual attention at your appointments. For those who are nervous, the adjustments are painless and effective. My neck pain and tension headaches have been almost completely eliminated since becoming a patient here.

ME MYSELF

I have no idea where this high rating of feedback comes…although I am certainly not a fan of free gifts for feedback. It is however the reason for my first visit, and also why I am leaving this one. This is my forth chiropractic office over 6 years, changing due to location, and by far the worst. My dislikes and opinions are as follows…. Open design office…much less privacy being inches away from another patient (in all respect, depending on the size of the patients) Non-caring practitioner… to the point that he doesn’t even try to fake it. Obvious minimal effort to relieve… unless you sign up for 10 weeks, tho I visited 3 times a week for 4plus weeks. (This is said up front during the first pitch by the practitioner.) In my opinion, it’s not a good way to sell me on the 10 week service plan. Attempts to back you in a corner… general way they dealt with me during my visits. Also when I cancelled my 14th appt with advance notice for a hospital stay, the practitioner was brought to the phone to obviously try to sell me. (If I was leaving for good, I would tell you!) And of course, what soured me from the start… the constant upsell for the 3x 10 week plan which in my case, I could not do at the present time. I also like to give a facility a chance to “prove” themselves to the client first (which to be fair, I told him this up front.) Ironically, I am pretty easy. I pay you, you provide a reasonable service for the money. I have the time, the money and quite honestly, too lazy to move to another provider unless really warranted. I also realize some selling is part of the game. However, you just insisted to put the cart before the horse, and failed everywhere else! Now, do I get my free gift?!

I have very much enjoyed my experience with Casey Chiropractic. I had never been to a chiropractor before, but I had tried the traditional doctor route for my back and drop foot and nothing worked. Dr. Bassler took the time to go over the procedures with me and what to expect. After the first few weeks, my back (3 herniated disks in the lower back) was feeling much better and my foot was not dropping as much. Friends started noticing that I was walking better. I have continued to go every other week now to Dr. Bassler and I look forward to each adjustment. All of the staff is very friendly and I especially like to wobble on the wobble chairs.

I have been to several chiropractors and each doctor had their own unique way of approaching and treatment methods all of which worked well to eliminate my back pain. Why I chose Casey Chiropractic was I heard they take their time listening, take x-rays and Dr. Casey explains the results of the x-ray and also shows where the spine should be for optimal health. He also goes further with a choice of patch ( eliminating the pain) or fix . What I was excited about was the next care... after the adjustment is done, Shelley applies “tens” ( gentle stimulating pads) on the area where their is a problem and ice or heat- it’s heavenly! This whole process feels right, feels complete- to attend to the muscles adjoining the spine and to help relieve inflammation. Bottom line, they care and they are consistent. Dr Casey is also addressing my plantar fasciitis
