Dr. Jaime Lemek has been my chiropractor for many years now. She saved me from significant pain and serious limitations in my back on two occasions and there’s no question in my mind about that. She’s caring, careful, listens, and is very skilled. She provides fantastic care and doesn’t do more or less than is necessary. I couldn’t recommend her more highly and am confident that when my back problems act up, she’ll help with them. I also know that Dr. Jaime’s regular care staves off problems. Finally, she’s just a terrific, empathic person, so that’s frosting on the cake. She is an exceptional doctor and I feel fortunate to have found her.

Dr. Jaime is AMAZING! She always has a smile on her face and is the kind of person you feel like you've been friends with forever. I was very impressed at the amount time she took to discuss my back pain and what treatments I had received in the past. Every time I go in for an adjustment she asks how i've been feeling since my last appointment what worked, what is still bothering me. She is extremely attentive to the issues and what different methods she should use to fix them. I went in with a daily pain/discomfort level of 7 and after a few months of diligent work and stretches I am now pain free. I sleep so much better and wake up feeling rested and ready for the day with my 2 kids. I am much more flexible and can actually jog without excessive pain. She realized my right leg was shorter than my left which is why my sacrum would never stay in place so, she told me to wear one sandle around the house and get a lift inside my sneaker when I go for walks. This little change has completely changed my everyday life for the better! I feel more stable and even when i'm walking or jogging. Not having to constantly worry about if my back pain is going to ruin my day with my kids has reduced my stress level and made me a more happy and active mother. That alone is something I could never say thank you enough to Dr. Jaime for, she really REALLY does everything she can during appointments to make sure you walk out feeling much better than you did when you walked in. My advice, DON'T WAIT, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TODAY!

I was really impressed. Caitryn tailored my massage to my particular needs (which really any good therapist should do) she really gave the best back and shoulder massage I think I ever had, and I've been to a good selection of therapists for on-going back problems. Also Caitryn is truly amazing, gifted and well studied at Reiki. The session was very comfortable and relaxing. The after feelings are awesome and long lasting. Highly recommended!!!!

Dr. Jaime Lemek is by far the best chiropractor I have seen. She is knowledgeable and caring, always taking the time to ask how I am feeling and in working out what the potential issue may be. I never feel rushed in and out as I have at other practices. Dr. Jaime also adjusts my entire spine as needed - not just focusing on the trouble areas - to make sure everything is moving as it should. Under her care I have gone from constant pain and limited mobility to a normal and active lifestyle. Absolutely the best!

I don't think there are enough words to describe the care I receive from Dr. Jamie. I am currently going though a phase of dis-function. Through Dr Jamie's care my symptoms are getting better. I know my body is responding to the treatments and I will again get to maintenance. Safe is amazing love them all.
