I am so happy that I was referred to Dr. John. Initially I went in to manage my migraines, but I also had some back pain that would show up occasionally that Dr. John addressed as well. What a different 6 months makes. I went from having 1-2 severe migraines a week, to almost no migraines now, and the ones that I do get are nowhere as bad or last as long. Dr. John's approach at looking at your whole body and starting from the head down versus just working on the issue makes a huge difference I believe that approach fixes the issue and has the issue stay fixed, versus it coming back in a few weeks or months. Dr. John is friendly and personable, remembering things going on in your life to ask about. He is also extremely flexible when it comes to scheduling and making sure he maximizes your treatment plan. Thank you Dr. John for improving my quality of life, my happiness, and my overall health. Best decision I have every made.

Dr. John's approach to chiropractic care, by making corrections to the upper neck and spine area, is a game changer. Adjustments are gentle and do not involve yanking, pulling, or cracking. I came to Dr. John after experiencing a minor neck injury that lead to frequent headaches and stiffness in my neck. I am glad I came in when I did. After my first two adjustments, my body started to re-align, the stiffness disappeared, and the headaches became less frequent. Our whole family is seen by Dr. John. I love that he doesn't over adjust. His plan is to get you where you can stay in alignment, not rely on him to constantly readjust you. He really wants to heal you. He is always reading and studying about other things that can speed up or aid you in your health journey whatever it may be. He has connections to other types of providers and shares those contacts with you if he feels you could benefit from them. People who specializes in things like vision therapy, physical therapist and a number of other professionals. One thing that has really helped me was a band exercise that he showed me. I had cronic neck pain for over a year, and that band exercise brought me immediate relief. I never leave town without my band! Thanks Dr. John!!
