Dr Ryan is a a wonderful practicioner - he knows what he is doing and how to fix your ailments. It's amazing. when I started there, I had daily headaches, my hands were numb and overall I did not feel well. Now I'm getting my life back. Staff is awesome as well - you will feel like you are visiting friends or family. The only reason I didn't give it 5 is because of recent payment plan changes - I likes being able to pay monthly and it has thrown me a bit, and that I"m not able to go during lunch hours, but I can appreciate that he puts family first. I started seeing Dr. Ryan for a variety of health issues and ended up becoming pregnant several months after beginning regular adjustments. This was my third pregnancy and I was shocked at what a difference it made! Previously my hips and back were so achy that I would take a bath morning and night just to get a little relief. This time I had NO hip pain and NO back pain until the very last few weeks (and that was just muscle pain from all the contractions, which felt better after being adjusted). I previously had a breech & sunny side up baby, so I was nervous about positioning; this time baby was hanging out in a great position and my (very, very fast) unmedicated labor was significantly less painful than the first two (also unmedicated). Dr. Ryan & Michelle came to my house to adjust baby the next day! Our whole family gets adjusted weekly; the kids love it, I love it and we are all noticing the health benefits.

Having suffered with back issues since I was in high school, I’ve always had to do maintenance with chiropractic care to ensure I’m not in chronic pain. When I first met Dr Ryan I was hesitant to commit to weekly care* rather than care as needed when I was in pain, but I soon learned that continuous care meant NEVER suffering from my chronic back issues! I’ve been with Rādix now for several years (5+) and have only needed “emergency“ adjustments twice. They were able to fit me in the same day, sometimes even within the hour, to get adjusted. This is a far cry from my constant chronic pain where my back would go out and I would end up in the ER for debilitating pain, which used to be a regular occurrence for me. Do yourself a favor and give Dr Ryan a chance to change your life, I know he changed mine! * Rādix offers plans that do not require weekly visits, I have just benefited from weekly care with my specific issues.

I had never consider chiropractic care seriously before my experience with Radix. I had started to workout and my back seemed to become a giant muscle knot. I started with massage at Radix and that made some progress but not enough. I have been having adjustments with Dr. Ryan for about 2 years and while it still weirds me out to hear the pops, it is worth the results. I was even able to convince my equally conservative brother-in-law to try chiropractics for his back and he has had outstanding results.

I truly love being at Radix! My first impression when I saw the office was "Wow, this place is beautiful" and my experiences have continued to be great! I love the non invasive scans as opposed to traditional xrays, they are much more telling about the health of my spine and also having a score associated with them gives me a way to see how I've improved over time. I learned so much in my first visit that I don't remember other chiropractors telling me over the years I went on and off. I found out how valuable adjustments are even when you don't "feel" any symptoms. Now, I'm a regular weekly patient and see such an improvement in my posture, mood, and performance in the gym. I have been going to Dr. Ryan for the past five years. When I started at Dr. Ryan's, my body was all out of whack. My left side of my body was about 2 inches lower than my right side. I had a lot of pain in my hip, lower back, and shoulders. I always had what felt like stress in my shoulders and neck. Dr. Ryan took x-rays and spent extensive time explaining them to me before he even laid a hand on me. I felt very comfortable with what he started doing because I understood my body just a little bit more. And he had the visual results of what my body looked like because of the x-rays. I started with going 3 times a week and felt relief in my hip right away. Then my lower back and then started feeling the relief in my shoulders and neck. It is amazing what the past five years has done for me. It is amazing what a person can accomplish when they do not have the pain that I had. I exercise more regularly and am able to walk and play more with my grandchildren as well. Dr. Ryan - thank you for all you have accomplished for me. You and your staff are a bright spot in my life and have helped me to overcome so much.

Being the son of an orthopedic surgeon I was skeptical about going to chiropractors, but after I retired from the Army with daily back pain I thought I would try it. I have since seen a great reduction in pain in my lower back since starting in April. Dr Ryan and the staff are incredibly professional and friendly. I find it interesting how all of these people have LOVED Dr. Ryan and am wondering if they are fake. My experience was less than enjoyable and my family will not be back. I was billed crazy amounts of money after my insurance allotment was over without being advised it had expired. I was expected to pay even though I would have scaled back care had I known they had already billed over 5,000 to my insurance in 2 months, After one year of going there my back hurts more now than before. I was told by a surgeon that the chiropractor actually screwed up my back more! I hated feeling like just another number on the assembly line with zero privacy during appointments. The girls at the front desk whom I loved to see each visit were suddenly gone one day and Dr. Ryan brought in his ditsy wife to run things and she apparently is a health coach now but has zero experience and no schooling for this and she smoked like a chimney before she became pregnant. Tell me why I should listen to someone who has that kind of lifestyle. To top it off, every time I'd get a call from them they acted like they had no recollection of past conversations. I felt unimportant and have never recommended them to anyone. I've heard some of the other offices are great with 100 percent but this one is horrible. Warning to anyone needing chiropractic care. Do not go to this office.
