I have been going to Dr. John for over 2 years now. I suffered from chronic migraines every single day. It was making my anxiety unbearable & I had gone to a chiropractor my whole life, but we are military & finding a new chiropractor everywhere we went was really hard. I was desperate & started googling chiropractic offices around town. I came across Colorado Health and wellness and I decided to look at the reviews. I read one review that talked about a girl that was bedridden and The chiropractic staff here was able to get her back on her feet & running each day again. I was so inspired by that particular review that I decided to call and schedule an appointment for myself. I spoke with Ashley, who is a complete doll and super helpful. She got me an appointment very quickly and also emailed some paperwork for me to fill out to make my first check-in super easy. I met with Dr. John and since then my life has changed so much. I only get minor headaches every now and then. I no longer have any of the major issues that I had before. Every time I leave their office I feel like a new woman and having my life back is truly a blessing and I can’t think Colorado health and wellness enough for allowing me to do that!!!

Dr. Gail and all the staff at Colorado Health & Wellness are great! My whole family has been going here for years. Regular maintenance visits are easy to schedule and they keep all of us in good shape. My husband has been a patient of Dr. Gail's since he was in high school. X-rays, if ever needed, are super easy: they do them in office and you are done quickly. Dr. Gail has even been treating our son since he was an infant. He loves coming to the clinic and makes himself right at home every time.

I have been going to Colorado Heath and Wellness and seeing Dr. Gail for over 15 years. They are incredible people and always ready to help with any pain or health concern. I credit Dr. Gail with my ability to function after 4 babies and a car accident. I have brought each of my daughters to see her on the way home from the hospital at 2 days old and any time they have had ear aches or teething, or jumped on the trampoline one too many times! Dr. Gail has also helped me navigate food allergies and sensitivities in myself and my daughters, as well as figure out vitamins and supplements we need. The brands they carry have been the only ones I have noticed working and making a difference. I cannot recommend them enough.

Dr. Jeremy Oborny at Colorado Health & Wellness is incredible. I am actually from Wisconsin and last week while visiting our son in Colorado Springs when I fell ill with one of the worst migraine headaches I've ever experienced. I tried a different chiropractic office and even went to an urgent care facility; however, I was basically bedridden for 3 days with no relief. Then, I was treated by Dr. Oborny at Colorado Health & Wellness. He was kind, compassionate and truly listened to what I needed. After the first adjustment I felt significant relief and within 3 adjustments I was ready for the 1,000 mile drive home. When I first met Dr. Gail Warner I was desperate for some kind of help. My daughter had been ill for five years, bedridden most of the time. I had taken her to at least ten doctors. When they couldn't find out what was wrong with her they told me to take her to a psychiatrist. The psychiatrist told me to take her to a doctor! One day I was getting my hair cut and the lady in the next chair and I got to talking. She had the most beautiful head of hair. She told me she had lost all her hair and it was just growing back. And she had a list of other ailments that she now said were also cured. All because of wonderful chiropractor named Gail Warner. She convinced me to call and make an appointment. One of my daughter's symptoms was a drastic loss of hair. I had taken my daughter to another chiropractor who had no answers for me. So although I was doubtful another chiropractor would help us I was also desperate. I made the appointment and took her to see Dr. Gail that week. She examined my daughter and took ex-rays but she already knew what was wrong with her. And she was right. That was about five years ago and I trust Dr. Gail and Dr. John with our lives. Today my daughter runs 5-6 miles a day and has turned her life around. Without Dr. Gail's help she would still be in bed. Grateful doesn't even begin to describe how I feel. Also, their staff is helpful and friendly, the offices are cheerful and clean and the music is always good. Dr. Gail and Dr. John have also treated me and my husband with wonderful results.
