ZERO PERCENT CHIROPRACTIC Oh my goodness, what a disappointing and frustrating experience! I was 7 minutes late to my appointment, which I had spoken with the office staff about beforehand and they had said that it was no problem. I was then kept waiting 35+ minutes (and counting - not sure how long it actually would have been if I hadn't left!) all of which were cutting into the hour long appointment I had scheduled and already paid for. The office staff was very apologetic and sweet, but the chiropractor (Dr. Doug) could not be bothered to come speak to me himself. Even though I was the only patient at that time. He looked at me, could hear our conversation, and walked right on by. I clearly will not be back, and would NOT recommend this chiropractic location to anyone. (Side note - You are adjusted in a row next to other people, and your information is discussed within earshot of anyone in the adjustment room AND waiting room.)

I’ve gone to chiros in the past and just seem to stop going after a month or so. Now, I’ve been going to 100% for about 4 months and from the minute I walked in, everything felt right and comfortable. I’ve had a lot of past medical issues and I’ve never felt better. I don’t know what they do or how they do it, but it works so don’t change guys. They’re not pushy, really informative, fun, relaxed and actually care about whole health instead of a quick adjustment. They’re even great with kids (I didn’t even know getting adjusted as a baby was thing!). I’ve heard on multiple occasions from families and children, “where’s Angela/Amanda/etc.?” they treat you like family, for sure. I can’t say enough good things about them. Thanks guys!

I've been visiting Dr. Doug and his team for more than 2 years. Before going, I used to have back pain and headaches on a regular basis, but since I've been receiving regular adjustments, the number of headaches has reduced significantly, the back pain has completely subsided and I sleep much deeper. This place is amazing.. Amanda, who works at the front desk, is so so so sweet and made my experience that much better there. They offer you juice, coffee, water, and healthy snacks when you walk in. The cutest thing was, when I walked in, they had a sign and it said welcome Katie! It made me feel so welcomed. I can't wait to go back and work out a program to fix my back issues. THANK YOU guys so much... an amazing first impression. I had to edit this because it wouldn't let me do a other one! After my exam I went back and received a massage... Oh my God! Fabia is an angel..... she has such a talent as a massage therapist. I mean this girl is incredible! She focused on my back and neck and she hit every point that needed to be addressed.. I feel so good right now and really needed that. Am looking forward to getting more massages done by her.. highly recommend. I had a positive experience, but I definitely felt rushed the first couple of times I was there. I appreciated the amount of info and detail they covered about the spine and how a disalignment changes behavior, etc. My only discontent with them was how they handled my insurance. Before you go in and pay your flat fee of $100, make sure they know your insurance covers chiro. My insurance covers chiro and they told me it didn't. They asked me why I was "under the impression" that BCBS covered chiro...I didn't want to argue and convince them because all they had to do was call. Maybe they didn't cover BCBS and didn't tell me? They just made me feel incompetent. So I left and never went back and found another place where my insurance is accepted.

I have been a patient of 100% for years and I have had a life time of abuse and pain on my body relieved in a relatively short time. I will be a life long patient of the clinic. 100% is a family. As soon as you walk in to the clinic, you see Niki and Amanda who both great you with a smile and genuinely care about you and your day. Dr. Doug and Dr. Angela take the time to know you and learn about your life. This is a key point of patient care that you won't find anywhere else. By far the best and most kind Chiropractic I have been to! I was involved in a roll over accident (not my fault) in February. I called some other Chiropractors in the area but none would not take Med pay and or return my phone call. I called 100% Chiropractic and Franky was so kind and caring. She explained everything that I needed to do and they also accept Med pay. My first visit was great and very informative. It is now June and I feel so much better! Thank you Dr. Doug, Franky, Amanda, and Kim for taking care of me and for the great hospitality!

I couldn't ask or bother searching for a better place. Nothing can compare. The services they offer are only outdone by their amazing customer service. The staff is friendly and welcoming; very understanding when it comes to payments, plans, and missed appointments. These boneheads(pun intended) are a second family. Funfacts: free coffee, juice or water, monthly specials and drawings for massage and other prizes, kids area with a PlayStation to keep kiddos occupied, small shop upfront with chiropractor tools, CBD oils, nutrition powders for drinks, and a variety of suppliments. A co-worker referred me to Dr. Doug and Dr. Angela and I have been seeing them for several months now. When you walk in the door the front desk group is always quick to greet you by name. I love that personalized service! I have had back problems for a long time and knew that I needed to do something to help the pain. A treatment plan was suggested and I have been following that. It includes getting a massage once a month as the adjustment and the massage complement each other. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get out of pain, and not just back pain. I have tendonitis in my wrists, shoulders, and elbows. Not too long ago I had a flare up of the tendonitis in my elbow and usually I would go to the doctor and be sent for physical therapy but instead I got my arm adjusted and the pain was gone! I also grind my teeth and get horrible jaw pain. The adjust my jaw when I need it and I no longer live with the pain for days at a time! I feel very comfortable with both Dr. Doug and Dr. Angela, so if you need help with pain go see them. You will not regret it!

They listen to any issues you may be going through and constantly ask for updates of how you are doing. They also have incentives and spacials that change each month. Family environment. I first heard of this company because they were running a special for a x-ray, adjustment and massage all for $21. Thats a great deal and i was in pain. My lower back was killing me and it was affecting my work. I go in and you can tell I'm in pain. I thought I was going to get the x-ray and adjustment the same day. NOPE! I had to sit in a room with the receptionist for a hr while she asked me if I had any sexual trauma in my childhood and my relationships. I'm not there to see a therapist. After trying to sell me on why I need to continue to see the chiropractor because my back is SO messed up, we finally get to the xray. I get to see the chiropractor for about 2 minutes while she explained that everything is connected through the spine and that's why a baby has digestive problems whom she just adjusted. I don't care, I just need to feel better. 2 hrs after I arrived, I leave feeling worse. Next day, I go for the adjustment. I'm thinking I can finally start feeling better. I was wrong. I get to sit in a room with a guy I've never met while I'm forced to sit there watching a PowerPoint presentation on how the chiropractor got adjusted and HIS medical problems are now magically gone. Once again, I don't care. Finally get to the adjustment. He pokes and prods but doesnt do anything. I dont feel any different. But the whole time im there they are pestering me about getting my health insurance card so they can set me up for more visits. 2 weeks after that I get to the massage. Now the massage was amazing! She helped my lower back more than the chiropractor did. She listened to me and didn't make me Go through hoops. Go for the massage but go somewhere else for a adjustment. I felt like they only cared about gaining more business then actually helping people. Oh, and you get adjusted in front of everyone. There is no privacy at all
